I wanted to pair this with an updated book on local codes to start planning a post-retirement dream shop. I think I have just about everything I need between the two. The extra plans available for purchase towards the end are priced almost as much as full home plans, not little sheds however.

Id love to see a vs where the deck railings are replaced by glass to make an orangry/sunroom so no matter the weather you can enjoy the decking area. & depending on the rain direction you can still open windows & allow airflow even on the hottest of summer thunder storms. That would be a beautiful place to connect with nature & grow sun loving plants while remaining dry & cozy. I can just imagine curling up by that fireplace with a book while the rain pelts the glass window

I came bacausr these tiny homes are amazing compared to most cheap looking ones on the market. I stayed here because the hubba hubba host is " so lovely!" I wish they weren't so far from me in FL it's too expensive to transport with all the options I want but, I keep dreaming they'll build a FL dealership and they'll transfer Mr. Tiny. Then I'll buy 2 homes to be a snowbird!

Love this tiny home! Only things I would add are glass doors to the shower and regular stairs so you could do the drawers in them. Otherwise I think this tiny home is just amazing! I especially like the fireplace on the porch and the rolling island in the kitchen.

I love this one! The blue is spectacular and I love the window/pass-thru to the porch. My one request is that the microwave not be put over the range especially with a glass cooktop. The issue I have is: if you are moving something hot or heavy and it drops on the cooktop it can crack; if that happens the warranty won’t cover the expense to repair it.

I have the same stove and microwave setup and it is about 12 years old and I have never had a problem. I love the way it saves me space in the kitchen. I definitely would ask for the kitchen with it as pictured. But it might look uncomfortable to someone but it is actually a very good use of space. Mine has a light under it, which illuminates the stove, very useful, and the extractor for the stove so it is 3 products in one. I'm short 5'2" and have no trouble reaching in to clean the inside of the microwave.

This is one of the nicest layouts I have seen yet. That wrap around porch with the outdoor fireplace it next level! Really like how the side entrance moves the kitchen to the end of the home vs being along one wall in the middle of the home. These two things make this model a clear winner in my book. And Mr. "Tiny" Timmons is amazing as always!

The craftsman style is classy, love the porch, fire place, and colors. Great layout...I can absolutely imagine living here. I'd add book shelves to that loft cut out and make the loft my reading nook/office. Just needs a dishwasher and slightly less busy shower tiles to be perfect for me.

I love the blue and the island. I love all the entertainment center . I love the tile in the bathroom. I love the fact you can put a king size bed in the bedroom. I love the barn doors. I would put lift top in the bottom 2 stairs. I love the loft for the kids. I would add built in dressers in the loft.

I like that you started on the outside. I love the porch but to put a television out there, one would need to enclose it to ward off theft. I love the kitchen - the colors, the backslash, the stainless appliances, the farm sink, and the breakfast bar. Mr. Tiny, you're looking good in your color-coordinated suit!
