In the notes app on my phone I try and keep track. I put the date. Starting balance and what I bout and am expecting. I do this after I have submitted my receipts to all the other apps. Wish it was reliable and we could just clip and forget but it takes some work.

I screenshot the offers I plan to use before I shop. Then I keep receipts that owe me Kroger cash back separate with a note about which items have KCB and the amount owed. Then I put in my calendar a reminder 8 days later to check my account and contact Kroger if I don’t have the money. It is a pain! Another important note: I recently bought Dove body serum and cleansing bars and Snapped chips and was owed $35 in cash back. After 9 days, I chatted with customer service and she said all she could offer was $30! When I asked why, she said that is the maximum she is allowed to credit anyone!! She said I would have to go through the process all over again with another agent to get the $5, and no, she could not transfer me to someone else. So I had to start the 20 minute process all over again and finally got the other $5. So I suggest not doing more than $30 cash back on any one transaction!

I started taking screenshots of the clipped coupons as a reminder. 📸 I shop at 2 Krogers and whenever I shop at 1 location, I rarely get my KCB. The other location is never a problem. Has anyone noticed this? 🤔

This is the most annoying aspect of KCB! I wish you could see which deals you have clipped in the past, which are pending, etc. I started to keep track in my notes app as well, but I will often forget to go back and update or add new KCB deals, so my system doesn't really work lol

Can you mix and match 5 digital deal? After you buy 5 for the deal, do you have to do a separate transaction for each product? Ex...if you buy 5 body wash and 5 Klondike, do I need to do a separate transaction? I hope I didn't confuse you

Those aren’t Mega Event items so you don’t have to buy five. The coupon is just valid up to five times in a single transaction. So you can just buy one of each if you want
