Hey, Off Ball, I am going into my freshman year of highschool. I have never played lax before and have been doing wallball and learning the very basics of stick skills. Could you give some tips or even make a video about this situation. I have been studying rules, watching the game, and practicing my stick skills. Is there anything else you have for me?

Welcome to this great sport and I love what you've been doing! All of these items are good, but also they are about it. There is no secret recipe here and its totally cliche but its all about the work you put in. Each wallball session needs to be harder than the previous. Increase your pace of the ball, add more movement into the workout, literally leave wallball dripping with sweat. Next thing I'd push is getting more live reps. Get together with friends and do 1v1's...a lot. Have them help show you the strengths and weaknesses you have. Watching film is great...watching it with someone who knows something is even better! Basically what I'm saying is, do everything you are doing now...but kick it up a notch! This is the closest video to your scenario at the moment. Keep grinding. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHbComqCi75oq7M

Lots of great options out there. But always remember the tool is only as good as the user. Have fun!
