I love all the bags you showed but most of the time the handles drive me crazy. Leather handles crack overtime. I commute to work so carry my bag on my sholder at least 3 hours. My work laptop is Lenovo Thinkpad and that's heavy :( I feel like I will never carry a beautiful bag to work. My only option is laptop bag or driving at least two hours to and from work.

That hasn’t been my experience with leather handles at all - they’re leather so they should soften! I reckon the Tory Burch tote would be perfect based on what you’ve described :)
