These tips are great for people who want to be a pro. I am interested in bird photography as a hobby and are not intending to make money taking wildlife pictures. So your recommendations are too expensive for people like me. I just use a $1000 laptop to save and view pictures while in the field.

I have transitioned to a desktop for more serious editing as well as a 24 terabyte QNAP NAS that I can access from anywhere. However, my laptop has always proven to be irreplaceable. Thanks for the insight. Wonderful content as always!

Nice! I just built my own NAS and it’s a game changer for sure. Computer was always slow because it was at its storage limit all the time and I had 2 or 3 External HDs and a external SSD. Just kinda silly. But I did my own with two 16TB drives. Now I need to organize…

I have a 2020 MacBook Pro 13" (the high end one) with 16GB ram and it cannot handle Lightroom. It heats up fast (this model has internal fans), and while Lightroom opens quickly, it takes a few seconds resolving each photo into full resolution. Thus I clicked on this video, being interested. Unfortunately, when you started making stuff up about wi-fi, this video lost all value. Just being honest, I hope you can use that constructively.
