Yes, they weren’t smooth like steamed buns, but the dough so very light and airy. So good!

Yes you are Correct. I did not do a talking head segment saying “the terms Stop, Detour and Journey were used because it is a Travel Guide. I “assumed” when I spoke about the Origin and Reason for them developing the Guide, that Stop, Detour and Journey would make sense. Apparently, I failed 😁
