It has an 8 speed. Same one at the ones used in Chrysler vehicles (I believe) that makes that fart sound when it shifts.

@Farris TheLaggy Its doesnt indeed has anything to do with alfa. BUT Stelvio doesnt use a DSG gearbox. The VW DSG is dual clutch, the ZF8 (wich the Stelvio uses) isnt, it still has a torque converter.
