Hey Omniarch, loved your video's on inf, Cavs, and archer's. Now I have played all 4+ year's with inf and Cavs. Now I am building archer marches. I have Zhuge(5531), Boudica P(5514), Hermann P(only at 3110), Artemisia(5522), And Nebu(5532). Now I've been using Boudi with Zhuge, however I have blueprints for legendary archer set and such. What marches would you suggest I do, because I am considering to leave 1 inf or Cavs march away. Unless I do crystal tech so far that I get 6 marches

Also if you want to work with ZL + YSG you need to compensate their march speed with armaments that boosts march speed on the triple line formation you can get some +20% march speed easily if you focus on that because they will be so so so SOOOOOoooo slow, that you'll feel like you're using Siege units like they were in the early game 🤭

I Have a Thutmose/YSG. And to be honest 5511 thutmose is so good for me. That I think I could still use him in kvk 2 and 3. 7 days before kvk ends but definitely had a very good experience playing archers that it felt like people down playing the troop type so hard when I'm trading well. Minding the fact that my kd didn't even put some love to archer research both LK research and alliance

Well, if you do that, you're missing out on the set bonus from the archer set. The kvk helm for cavs cost 2 conquest coins, which are not always so easy to get. If it's health you're looking for, I would say take the 11% attack on the set helm to get the additional 5% health from the set bonus. 11% attack with 5% health, iconic 3% archer defense is ultimately going to be better than just 8% archer health. That's all you would get from the kvk cav helm, even iconic, as it only buffs cavs.

I am returning player (played ~3+ years ago. I have max YSG, Alex, Guan and Ramesses (why him....) should I go for ZL first and then maybe Herman 5551 to get 2 proper archer marches? or ZL and then maybe Liu Che?

I just want to throw this out there because I don't see any creators who think like me lol. As f2p/low spender, I would actually argue it's better to focus on a single troop type rather than getting one of any others. I know that's controversial, but hear me out. RSS are a huge bottleneck for us fighting in the open field, and running a single troop type means you only need to focus gathering 3 rss instead of all 4 (it doesn't sound like a lot, but it really does make a meaningful difference. Especially if you're running multiple farms) Also, crystal tech is another concern, you can spend all your crystals focusing tech for one troop type rather than splitting them across all the other types. (Yes I know eventually you have to upgrade those techs to progress down the tree, but in z5 you usually have better tech than the average player, even as f2p unless you're surrounded by whales) Which means the marches you send out are going to hit harder making your trades much more efficient for RSS spent. Regarding gear, I have nothing to substantiate this, but I feel like you have a much higher chance of getting a talent on craft when it's the second time forging said piece. My main set has 4 talents, and 3 of those come from when I was crafting the same piece for the second time. That's just some food for thought. I don't know, man.... I mean, what will you have to counter opposing troop type marches? The meta seems to be mainly in commanders. Like example, archer main running let's say a ZL/Herman, great march. But cavs are strong against archers, nev/joan being one of the most common, it's gonna more often than not gonna put a beating on you, and you have no infantry marches in your ball to help counter that. And your next best archer march isnt going to trade any better. I know it means more rss, in a way. But I personally think its more effective in the field. I'm currently working on an archer march, running 2 inf and 1 cav march, so I use more of my farms to gather food and wood, and 1 or 2 gathering food and stone with a march from all in the gold pit constantly. It seems to sorta balance it out a little more. You're ultimately going to be using the same amount of rss, just in different ratios. Or, at least thats how I see it. To each their own 😁🤘important part is you enjoy the game

Best Archer-Set is missing imo, 4 piece DB-Set (Weapon/Helm/Chest/Shoes) + 2 piece Leadership-Set (Pants/Gloves)

Yeah if you build 1 archer march then I'd say this is the best strategy but from an iconic upgrade perspective it's probably better to make use of the crystal key blueprints

This is close to my current march. I’m waiting on Dragonbreath Helm. I have Dragonbreath Boots but right now I feel Flame Treads & Revival Helm are better than Revival Helm & Dragonbreath Boots. If I’m gonna remove Health, I might as well have it substituted with some high attack + the 5% Skill Damage

@@jshopk-ds6hz I mean even if you just do every event, gain honor, complete individual achievements you should have more than 200. KvK 1-2 is about 5-6 months. If you did Champions of Olympia every week thats about 60 heads right there, then once every 2 months is 7k gem event which is 35 x 3, thats about 105 sculptures. Plus if you do thd bare minimum in the weekly power/troop/research/speedup event doing at least 50-100 place thats about 30 more heads, plus Expedition, plus any other F2P events you should have more than 200

If you play the game properly you get around 2k gh without wheels to 100 etc. So you can easily make 3-4 commanders a year
