Just a copy paste of the nightfae soul bind ability for those who wanted to know why it’s so good for demo Healing or dealing damage has a chance to grant you a stack of Redirected Anima. Redirected Anima increases your maximum health by 1% and your Mastery by 25 for 30 sec, and stacks overlap. Activating your Night Fae class ability grants you 8 stacks of Redirected Anima.

Grimoire being on a 2 min cd is the biggest problem I have with demo right now. I feel like lowering it to a minute and nerfing it's damage to compensate would make demo feel so much less clunky.

I am so indecisive on which Leggo to build... I am not a huge fan of how clunky Felguard is with Tyrant, and I was nervous about spec swapping and PvP, so I opted to max out Demonic Synergy. It's never the best, but it's almost always 2nd or 3rd for all content. I played it safe. Not sure if it was the right choice....

I like the forces of the horned nightmare :) Gives me consistent boss damage through the imps and occasional aoe damage :) Do you still think it is the best? I haven't seen any changes on legendaries

It isn't bad, but I haven't been able to figure out a build that gets it to perform as good as the tyrant set up. It isn't bad though if you want that playstyle!

@@wuwi5833 it seems cleaner and more concise. How much of a dps loss are we talking though? I also think, after all soulbinds are fully out. The bone smith crit buff would make it wild.

@@robertviscomi8199 Currently the overall sustained dps difference is in the ballpark of 10% less when I have tried testing it. But this could be higher in a raid environment with lust n stuff because your tyrant goes ham during those times.

@@robertviscomi8199 Well I think it is probably going to scale later into the expansion as we get better gear. I also think if there is any buffs that go out to different classes and legendaries, it is likely to be buffed some. If you like it, I would play it. The dps loss isn't that huge, and the biggest issue I have with Demo is the pet AI - which you avoid a lot of using Bale because most of your damage is from you.

I would love to see the damage and your thoughts on the Implosion Legendary, I really like it even for single target, the haste helps so much, but totally understand if it isn't the best :)

Have you tried using voidwalker with its Shadow Bulwark ability before summoning the tyrant? it empowers the tyrant even more than felguard does.

As Night Fae (wih no Decimating Bolt), when would you pop your HP trinket? Just before Summon Vilefiend so it buffs Vielfiend, Felguard and then Tyrant? What about if you don't have an HP trinket? Then would you pop a DPS trinket after Tyrant?

Yeah you want to pop the HP trinket before you cast all your minions, and the dps trinket DURING your tyrant window. I cover this in more detail in my "The Biggest Tyrant" video.

i tried this trincket setup, but i have trouble to make the crit proc on the uptime of my tyrant because the soul is really slow. i fell like its good only on the boss where you can be in melée range (or using it for ourself and not for the tyrant) im courious what you thinking about it once you drop it. (sorry for the bad english)

Yeah I have noticed the same thing. I just got the trinket so I am going to test it out on raid tonight. It would be ideal if the proc happened sooner, or we could cast it sooner in the rotation.

What about synergy? Is this just lackluster because of the 2min windows? like if it procs thats great but if it doesn't you lose out a lot? Synergy only affecting the primary demon and the warlock themselves is a bit of a kick in the teeth but it would explain why people are using things like soul strike.

Yeah if you break down our damage, our felguard and our personal casts dont do that much of our dmg. Synergy is very good for aff/destro, but not as good for demo ironically.

If I may add a small remark, so author shoud work on squishing information a bit. There is just so few information for so long materiał, that for most of the time, all I hear is talking.... talking... talking, ok use your 2 min cooldown along with Tyrant :)

It could be, but in general you should have around a 1 minute tyrant with wilfreds. I am not sure if you can get it under 1 min with current gear, I haven't tested it.

It isn't terrible, but most of our dmg isnt coming from our casts, or felguard. It is a lot of imps and tyrant - generally speaking. It isn't a terrible choice, just not the best for demo. It is very good for destro and aff though. So if you're looking for a legendary that works for all three specs its a solid choice.

The demon's HP scales on yours and the Demonic Tyrant drains their Health to empower himself.

Watch my "The Biggest Tyrant" video for a more thorough explanation. But basically your temporary minions scale with your HP at the time of summoning them. They keep that boosted HP for their duration. Demonic consumption scales straight off your minions HP. So if you time this right, you get your tyrant hitting significantly harder with this trick.

I currently am just using everything that is the highest ilvl since the int//stam scale very hard for us. Ideally you want to prio haste.
