Aunty, I made this cake on my parents' wedding anniversary. I was slightly apprehensive because I'd never tried this flavour before. But I went ahead and it was an instant hit. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe. Actually, there was a lot of frosting left over for me. Maybe because I used a 5 inch round pan, I only needed half of it. The frosting keeps well in the freezer for several days. So I'm going to make another lemon cake. 😋😋
