HEY BOYS (gamers) (gaming) it is me HARMNONE (harmnone) here to play gta5 (gta 5) (gta online) I recently purchased an iPhone 13 from (mrbossftw) (he was illegally selling them :D) as I walked down MAIN STREET towards MADISON SQUARE GARDEN I stumbled across LEBRON JAMES (wow, incredible) he was in the middle of getting DUNKED ON by MICHAEL JORDAN (MJ) because even at 780 years old MICHAEL JORDAN is still a much better player than Bron (it's true) as I walked I saw a billboard featuring EST GEE & 42 DUGG (two of the greatest rappers alive) advertising their new ALBUM "LAST ONES LEFT" (they are the last ones left) on top of that I also walked past LIL BABY (the goat). As I continued I stumbled upon JOE BIDEN (wtf) (he was taking money from mrbossftw to be let off of his prison sentence) (he was convicted of being one of the worst KZbinr's in history) after I witnessed this (which I totally didn't obviously) (pls joe don't have my family wiped). Finally I reached my final destination, JFK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT where I then witnessed TGG (the gaming gorilla, ((famous gta 5 KZbinr)) being detained by the TSA for suspicion of international piracy on the high seas (wow). Naturally this was alarming as I didn't believe that he was a pirate (innocent until proven guilty) I then boarded my plane and flew into EUROPE (but definitely not near UKRAINE or RUSSIA ((I DONT WANT TO GO THERE RIGHT NOW)) finally the plane landed in Somalia, where I then dismounted the plane (yes) and got into a white Toyota Hilux pickup truck (with a mounted DShK machine gun in the bed((a bit odd)) I then went to a remote village on the eastern side of the BEAUTIFUL NATION. In said village I was instructed to enter a hut made of scrap corrugated metal fence and blue tarps. Inside of the hut I found something I never expected to see. Tylarious, Broughy1322, Digital Car Addict, Saintsfan, Nitrix Warlord, TGG and... MRBOSSFTW... all sitting around a small table made of thatch and tires (wtf is going on omg) they then sat me down and handcuffed me to the small 3 legged white plastic chair (oh no)
Naturally this was a very alarming situation to be apart of, but I wasn't going to let it get the best of me. Next thing I know, DONALD (redacted monetization and legal reasoning) AND KANYE (yez) WEST enter the hut through the back piece of tarp.
MrBossFTW comes over to me while the others watch in disarray, he gets close to me and whispers in my ear "you wanna know how I got this hut?"
I replied "no not really"
He said "I've made over 7,000 clickbait videos, extended just past the 8 minutes mark, for extra ad revenue. Now that my views are dwindling and the next era of GTA KZbinrs are being ushered in, I've felt it was time to take the reigns back into my hands"
Feeling very confused and like I was having a fever dream, just when I thought things couldn't get any stranger...
WHISTLINDIESEL RUNS THROUGH THE WALL OF CORRUGATED FENCE AND TARPS IN HIS BRAND NEW LAMBORGHINI HURACAN THAT HE recently purchased from TJ HUNT (what is going on ((I am truly alarmed)) hitting and dismembering the worst GTA 5 youtuber of all time.
Moments later we all gather ourselves and meet around what's left of the table (there is not much)
Former US President Donald (redacted for legal and monetization reasons) reaches his hand out to me and assures me that nothing like this will ever happen again (wow) and that MrBossFTW has been a wanted criminal on the CIA's MOST WANTED LIST for 10 YEARS (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I receive the CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF HONOUR for my antics (not sure what I did but ok hehe) (medal of honor go brrrrrrrrr) I then ride back to the airport with the unspoken president and we depart back to NORTH AMERICA (epic)

Because I use helicopters a lot in source missions and the Cargobob for delivering spare parts, I believe that the Smoke Tree Hill is the best location strategically because it is next to the Sandy Shores airfield and is also right next to the highway like the Farmhouse bunker so that gives it a logistic advantage.

With the Auto Shop I think the most expensive one is the best because of the ten car garage between it and the arcade because you can use it to store weaponised and armoured vehicles to go in and get for most contracts but any Auto Shop in close proximity to at least a 6 car garage property or apartment is viable for this.

a few things to mention: 1. the la-Puerta vehicle warehouse is the better, because most high dollar sell missions tend to be in the vineyard area, there is a large open space to land cargo bobs in front of the building, and the freeway entry and exit are right there. 2. the route 68 facility is also a good location, due to the personal aircraft spawn being right there, being near the 3 bigger sandy shores mc businesses, and its geographically central location. 3. if you buy an mc business in the city, then the bonus money sell runs will be in country; as opposed to country based businesses, which sell in the city. there are 2 reasons why getting businesses in the city can be important. if you sell in a populated lobby, then long distance sell missions mean your product is moving away from griefers, as opposed to towards the griefers. for the second reason, the steal missions tend to be in areas near the city. so, if you're a new player with the intention of starting the game for the first time, you will want to steal the supplies to maximize your profit, up until you get more businesses to work with. 4. having the document office for the nightclub is important, despite what was said here. there is a sale bonus for selling orders, and it also keeps workers busy, when other fields are a mix of full and empty.

Being right in the center of the map make everything easier, for example, the Ammu-nation contract, the furthest is 5 miles away at Paleto Bay, and you can literally just drive through the fence and into the highway, then straight up to the destination, same with others. It really worth the price

If you buy the MC Businesses in the city and sell at full stock, then you will have three or four sell vehicles. While you are going to Blaine County to do the deliverys, the rest of your sell vehicles will remain in the city and stay highlighted in the map. So, if you like to sell at full stock, and dont have enough friends for all the sell vehicles, you are screwed

@@lucasdesantis2068 there is virtually no value in maxing out the mc businesses. this is not like the ceo businesses where there is a bonus that builds value per product sold. furthermore, the amount of time it takes a single player to move all of those vehicles make this an almost prohibitive business solo compared to everything else in the game. this is only useful if run with people.

I think so long as all your properties are clustered together it doesn’t really matter. Central is better for sure, but by that argument, everything in Vinewood is best. If it isn’t awkward to get to, and it’s nearby, it’s a winner imo.

I moved to Arcadius a few months ago from further afield and added the garages (it was a CEO offices discount week) and I'm so glad I did. The garage entrance being under the building has helped me out a few times.

In my opinion, the Great Chaparral Clubhouse is the best reason firstly reason being it is free, secondly it is in the middle of the map and if you have purchased most MC businesses in Grand Senora you can easily spawn at your clubhouse next to ur businesses, just my opinion, thanks Harmnone for the banger ❤️🙏

That's a great starter location for anybody that is starting an MC, as it's free for purchase under the Criminal Enterprises DLC, all you're going to spend money on is additions, such as Bike Custom Shop and any cosmetics upgrades.

For the La Mesa vehicle warehouse. It’s worth noting that it’s right in front of some train tracks. So when sourcing a vehicle, I’d drive on those tracks and it will take me to the Los santos customs nearby. From there I’d park the car and take out any NPCs to not damage the vehicle. After the four waves I can take the vehicle without worrying about much.

The Raton Canyon bunker is a little out of the way but has a severely underrated backdrop, the train often passes by on the elevated bridge when you enter by helicopter and w/ a nice sunset 👏

i have the nightclub next to Benny's and I like the location, its a little bit more of a drive to most dropoffs but it has pretty good access everywhere and you can hide from jets and opressors under the overpass

I’d advise all those to buy their Auto Shop as close as to their apartments as possible so when you run the contracts finales you can run into your personal garage an bring out any weaponised vehicles you own.

The first business I bought was the CEO office at Maze Bank West and so I have bought lots of other businesses closeby. My agency, nightclub, and office are all close together and the Chumash bunker is close-ish. I would recommend this for someone who wants to get some cheaper properties.

That's what I'm doing! Lol. Got the agency closed to maze bank and a high end appt right across the banks street. Bunker up the road uh chumush Got the night club right down the road. My autoshop and Mc is down by the bottom, right above the docks. Mc business all in that lower dock,warehouse area. Thinking about moving some business but undecided.

At first I clustered everything in and around the west side of Los Santos: Apartment, MC Club, nightclub. It was convenient, but it made every other part of the map _terra incognita_ and whenever a delivery caused me to venture away from Del Perro, I would _have to_ return there to do anything. Ended up relocating everything all over the map (arcade in Paleto Bay, nightclub in Vinewood, auto shop in Strawberry, and MC club on Route 68) so I'd have a garage and wardrobe in whatever far-flung location of the map I ended up.

I have accommodation in a lot of places (e.g. bunker, arcade, nightclub, autoshop, hangar), so I can set whichever I want as my spawn location before joining a new lobby, saves so much time. I've barely set foot in my apartment, I just keep crappy vehicles there 🙃

Since Cayo perico was a free money fountain, I bought all my bussinisess between Downtown and Vinewood. Most expensive locations but they are all close to each other and you can travel quickly to the locations you need to get to.

i like the grand senora clubhouse because if you use the cheapest options for the mc businesses (or at least the 3 that actually matter), you can spawn in the clubhouse and be less than a mile from each of them

So i like having alot my stuff close together.. Most of my properties are the same.. Arcadius office- bonus is the realistic car lift, also agree with saftey of semi indoor garage, plus across the road from 2 apartments (both of which i own) and train tunnel for loosing cops or people chasing you.. Special cargo warehouses are all the same except one.. Auto shop,arcade, nightclub and vehicle cargo warehouse aswell as car garages- i have la mesa locations keeps straight line like you pointed out with cargo warehouses plus arcade closest one to casino for heist and making hitting elite challenge more possible..vehicle cargo i dont usually do so gang aint much of an issue although am currently for career challenges, not to worried about the money (i have over 100mill all legitamate) Agency-prefer hawick as close to casino and all my la mesa buisnesses, secondary one for me would be one near del perro across the road from where you stand for your intro's Bunker-im in chumash but secondary would be one closest to your crystal lab as thats where my mc clubhouse and buisnesses all are or are closest to except green stuff which i have in vinewood but rarely sell them, bunker sales i only really do phantom wedge sell mission or one with insurgents thats only 3 drops Hangar is the same Facility- i currently have one at dam area behind casino due to being closest to city, secondary one of choice is again one closest to where your crystal lab is due to fitting in close to other buisnesses Mc clubhouse- i considered moving to la mesa but one i have currently ties in well with location of my mc buisnesses and my secondary bunker and Facility also not far from hangar Basicly la mesa and area where fake cash and crystal lab are my main 2 buissness districts I do agree with what you said and points you made though

2:01 Technically, there’s a point for buying the mediums and small warehouse. For my case, I got several reasons: 1) When I have substantial amount of money, I tend to not keep it for long. 2) For newer or lazy players, takes a ton of money in order to just fill up all 111 crates and the ton of laps you gotta do for each run and depending on the mission pickup, it can add 3 additional laps when they’re individually packages. 3) It a ton of money for their tag price. 4) Smaller and Mediums ones take much less time and money, plus having less storage means less risk when selling in a public lobby. Now, I understand the high reward for the large warehouses. Instead, I own 1 small, 1 medium, and 1 large warehouse.

We have just always loved hanging around that area so I've always bought every business location either in la mesa or close to it which I've never regretted so cool Having everything just down the street from each other

for me hands down best vehicle warehouse is Davis because it's right next to the arcade (the two businesses are actually in the same building) it takes 30 seconds to run between them you can even park your cargobob in the car park outside to use it for pickups & deliveries

Maze Bank West, Vespucci nightclub, La Mesa Import/Export, Rancho Auto Shop, Rockford Agency are the best😂 I have 1 small, 3 med., and large crate warehouse, all beautifully situated. MC are Route 68 and Alamo Sea. I've always liked to keep my CEO stuff downtown and biker up north. My bunker is Paleto, and hangar is LSIA. I have a hoot doing everything.😊

The only business i use anymore are agency, acid lab, auto shop when there is bonuses, vehicle cargo, and nightclub. I sell to street dealers everything else that accumulates via stash house raids. Payphone hits and security can be done anywhere, acid lab can be done anywhere, and pick whatever location you want for your nightclub because its the only completely passive business besides doing a sell mission. vehicle cargo is quick, fun, and easy and im suprised its not more highly recommended. Auto shop is decent but a little slow depending on the set ups. The 'best' older businesses like bunker/coke/special cargo and the better MC businesses feel like a chore keeping up with the restock/sell when you have them all. Starting out a new account i guess locations are more important but you are heavily incentivized to just use the free ones to get for your night club going. Just some thoughts for newer people who overthink the locations, there are literally too many ways to make money to keep up, not even considering heists if you like them. Get your acid lab ASAP and then work on getting enough businesses to run a nightclub. Agency technically pays for itself with the dre contract and then you have access to payphone hits, but it's not necessary.

3499 is the best Hangar. Your land vehicles or Oppressor spawn right outside, and you have your own runway leading to the door.

I too own the Arcadius one, but it has one disadvantage over the other 3 CEO offices.. you can't auto land a Heli on top... on the other locations when you are close to the helipad you can push a button to land and be teleported inside... the helipad on Arcadius does not give that option. What also is different is the extra animation when you enter the CEO garages, you will see the car drive into an elevator.

The nightclub right by the main pier is better it’s also directly on top of the freeway for your sale missions and also the warehouse is protected by the large car park too.

I've never experienced any problems with the Vagos near the La Mesa auto garage, you don't even pass through their territory if you're coming from/going to the highway...

My main area of businesses and properties are located in Vinewood (Downtown, East & West), Rockford Hills, Burton and Hawick, basically North Los Santos.

I use all of these locations, with one exception...Route 68 Facility and I think it is leagues better than Ron Alternates. Because, hear me out, it's almost literally right smack in the middle of the map, but (more importantly) it is located right in the backyard of the meth lab, across the street from the cash factory and right down the road from the cocaine lockup. This gives you a spawn location that is located right next to all of your MC businesses for fast travel to and from. Alternatively, you could go with the Zancudo River Facility to put it closer to the cocaine lockup. Unless you are going to be running the Doomsday Heist on a regular basis, this gives your Facility more functionality in relation and synergy with your other businesses. You could go for one of the Bunkers or the Clubhouse in that area, but I think that detracts some convenience from doing bike deliveries and bunker sell missions/spare part deliveries. Putting a Facility there all you are losing out on is a little convenience from doing the Doomsday Heist which, again, unless you are running that Heist on the reg, you're not really losing much. If you don't run Doomsday AT ALL, then you're actually gaining a more practical function for your Facility.

I only disagree with the mc businesses that are in the city. The ones out by Alamo Sea have the shortest distance for the far sale missions. The ones in the city require you to drive all the way to Paleto Bay. Also, they’re the cheapest, so if you do plan to use them for the nightclub, why waste extra money?

that, and the fact that selling to Los Santos always pays out a little more in comparison. Had the Vinewood weed farm and noticed that, so I bought the San Chiaski one. next to the highway, plus also close to both Alamo Sea (for plane drop) and McKenzie Field (for heli drops). I never do Post Op or Garbage truck drops at all, so San Chainski isn't really that much of a disadvantage.

As for cargo warehouse, i went for 1 large, 2 medium and 2 small. If you were to do crates and sell missions. Source large, then small and keep doing this. By the time you filled the large, the other ones will be full too. But now with the ability to send staff on sourcing, it whatever you prefer i guess

I never source anymore because I don't have the Oppressor and I found the missions to either be annoying or straight up impossible with regular cars like the Zentorno. For example the one where you need to drop 3 choppers for your cargo is impossible, at most you're getting 2 crates if you don't have the Oppressor Mk2 or other weaponised aircraft. Now I just send the warehouse NPCs to source crates and focus on the delivery from the office and cars for active money making while the businesses run in the background

I like the nightclub over by the Airport. Given that I only fly over there (thank you Sparrow...) and so infrequently have to drive out from it? Plus it drops you straight into the major E/W and N/S highways?

Here's my take.... the MC clubhouse (preferably grapeseed coz it's got 2 floors and looks cool) and all MC Businesses must be up north scattered around in the deserted areas amongst abandoned buildings, farmhouse bunker coz of everything harmnone said and also it's description on the mazebank website is sick, military hangar coz of the privilage, land act reservoir facility coz its in the middle of a water body and has a cool looking wooden bridge also its close to the city, 8 bit arcade coz of the description on the website and also how close it is to the casino... its also pretty central for all the setups, vinewood nightclub (near the haute restaurant idk what its called) coz it looks pretty high class and is also pretty central, little seoul agency coz of...again... pretty central, maze bank tower coz... KING OF LS vibes lol, the autoshop that harmnone mentioned coz of all the reasons he stated in the video and also its got a cool looking purple neon light strip that glows during the night... and all the cargo warehouses in the south of the map in a line... and the cheap vehicle warehouse in the gang territory coz well... in a roleplay scenario, its gonna be the hardest place to raid lol and its pretty secluded... this way,you have businesses spread out all across the map... gives you the feeling of dominance lol

I heavily dislike the Ron Alternates Wind Farm Facility, I used it for act 1, 2 and 3 and it was a pain. I much prefer the Route 68 or Grand Senora Desert facility as they are more centred and is right next to aircraft spawn locations.

The trips seem too long only because the GPS takes into account the entire downhill of the Ron wind farm path directly to the road but if you simply go down and up the mountain you shave 2 or 3 kilometers off the trip

With the bunker it depends. if you do it like me and max the bunker every time and only sell with the two trucks, then the chumas bunker is good.

1:45 The location of the warehouses is not very important, but you need to chose them in order to have a short trip when you send your employees. 3:21 The best location is the one near Groove Street, followed by La Mesa. What you said about the gang is an absolute nonsense this you almost never get to the warehouse from the street where the gang lives but from the highway. 4:51 Hawick is by far the best location, it makes the mission way faster and it's the closest location to most of the other absolute best locations. 5:32 The one near Eclipse Towers is the absolute best, close to the best apartments, to the 50 car garage and to many of the absolute best locations. 6:12 Burton is the absolute best by far. It makes the vehicle deliveries much shorter, and it's the closest to many other absolute best locations. 8:58 The absolute best facility is the one next to Fort Zancudo, since you can have all your important military vehicles in the neighbourhood between the hangar and the facility. The missions for Doomsday Heist are pretty easy to setup from there. 9:37 Again, the absolute best location is at Vinewood, near most of the other absolute best locations. 11:47 The absolute best locations are Del Perro for the coke, Murietta Heights for the meth, Vinewood for the weed, Vespucci for the money and Mission Row for the documents. Owning these businesses is indeed useful since you can optimise your nightclub and since you don't need to buy supplies any more for cash and documents.

Maze bank west ceo office is perfect u are right next to ammunition store if in need of armor and u have snacks already and the apartment u get del pero for free literally across the street so u can spawn there or walk across the street if doing criminal mastermind need a car etc I just like the maze one still

Honestly I prefer to have my autoshop in Burton because car trips are generally much shorter and the nightclub in central Vinewood since sale missions generally take you to Blaine which is a plus since most griefers or tryhards stay in town

Except for the mc(Which i intend to change later), most of my business are next to or in Vinewood. My bunker is Chumash because is close to the facility and hangar, i can job teleport to the facility an get there fast. The hangar is in zancudo because is far from the city, next to the facility and also most players will get wanted level if they try to get me there.
