Blow your nose or get on some allergy meds! A single constantly watery eye is usually a sign of a sinus or nasal blockage. I have the same problem.

We use ELF eyeliner at dance, on a competition day, you want those eyes to look amazing all day because with hair and costume changes, you don't have time to redo your makeup too. Definitely the best bang for your buck!

I have hooded watery eyes and so far the Michelleori pencil in Royal Purple is the only pencil that doesn't smudge on my eyes. We don't get elf or believe beauty or haus labs here in South Africa so I can't try them. Hope it helps though 😊

They perform differently on the eyes though. I’ve been misled by eyeliners that wouldn’t budge when wiping on the hand/arm but would smear so easily once on my eyes. Just to be clear, idk how the ones you mentioned would work on my eyes but no liner seems to never not budge once on my eyes, esp when they’re watery.
