My biggest concern is how we are going to survive all these financial and political crises, especially the power struggle in the US. The government has really made things difficult for its citizens and we cannot just sit by and suffer the consequences of bad governance🙏...

I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $21k passively by just going into crypto investment , and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.

I am new to the crypto world and don't understand how it really works. A friend told me trading with a professional trader is the best strategy for beginners and busy investors, but for months now I've been making so research and haven't found any.please any recommendations

Thanks to Bob & Brad I’ve been doing squats (for years), reverse lunges and pushups for the last three months. I had a fall Friday, on the stairs, and broke my knee cap. While this is discouraging, I feel confident that had I not been doing these other exercises, I would have broken more. Like my hip. So grateful it was only my knee cap. I’m already looking forward to when I can do PT!! Thanks, guys!!

I had a severe broken ankle..dislocated and surgery. Lots of muscle loss from being immobile so long, now in PT,my hips are weak,so finding the sit to stand without hanging on to be hard.

So sorry to hear that! You can do it, just keep trying. You will continue to get stronger and stronger. But remember to listen to your body and don't push yourself beyond your limits. Here are some videos that may help you in your strengthening: www.youtube.com/@BobandBrad/search?query=hip%20strengthening

I just purchased your C2 Pro Massage gun(with heat) and love it. Looks like I will need it after trying these exercises, however I will skip the ones Mike has done as I don't want to hurt my knees. Thank you for these videos, good job Brad, Mike and it is great to see Bob in the intros.

Ballerinas have been doing squats …. Aka….. “plies” (pronounced plee a ) in second position. It works, and I think it is a bit easier. Your feet are positioned wide apart with the toes pointing outward. Go up & down. 🩰😀

I welcome a teaching on exercises for a person who has calcaneus pain because most exercises feel like the tendon is pulling out of the heel.
