GBW has been mismanaged for years. The entire place is filthy and worn out, lifts don't work, management are rude, fire escapes are blocked, no smoking rules are ignored and it caters for bottom dwellers on low income with even lower expectations. It's cheap for very good reasons.

@@xemxempro Yes, they don't give a crap. It's a run down place aimed at Malays with low income and even lower expectations. Once Malays are put in charge of anything, standards drop and that's what's happened here. Non Malays are made to feel unwelcome here. It's a tragedy because it used to be such a great place.
