I agree gaz, I've always listened to your advice on magnet fishing gear and buying the 200kg double sided was the best advice I've had from anyone, thanks for putting me on the best road. Take it easy mate. 👌👍👍👍

Looking to try this out but have a question... if a magnet can hold/lift 200kg for example, how do you get the item off the magnet if it's that strong?
@drasticg3 жыл бұрын
its max rated power, in lab conditions, when picking up metal from the water it wont lift the maz rated strength. All depends on the metal being recovered

I just got a 2000lbs magnet pull force of 957kg apparently would you say it’s a good magnet as it’s only single sided?
@drasticg3 жыл бұрын

Does your magnet ever get snagged on weeds, rocks etc? And how do you solve this? It would be so annoying to lose an expensive magnet.
@drasticg4 жыл бұрын
yes mate it does get snagged on rocks if i fish rivers or on large items, i have to pull in opposite directions or just use brute strength

One magnet is good as another. Band names is what you really paying for. This guy more or less sponsored by this brand magnet. Buy what you can afford and what your need it for. One magnet no better than another. Size makes the difference. The bigger the magnet, the heavier the objects you be able to pull out. One thing I never hear on any of these sites is, when you pulling your magnet in, go slow so your magnet came do its job. If you pull to fast, your magnet can't get down trew the mud. I watch guys throw for 3-4 hours. Come out with nothing. I walk over, one throw and have a magnet full. Why, because I let the magnet work.
