Please review the ilnp when it comes out. I'd love to see it compared to the og horseshoe magnet.

Mooncat magnetic polishes are stellar, and the most reactive that I've come across. I love ILNP's, but I think Mooncat dries down and stays put more quickly. This was really helpful! My horseshoe is 10lb and it does a pretty good job, but my thumb is pretty snug in there, so I'll probably need to upgrade to the 30lb at some point.

ooohhhh I'll have to try mooncat's magnetic polishes soon!! do you have any fav shades?

I am so happy you did this video thank you so much! I also wanted to add Sj3 Designs came out with an XL verison if their Velveteen magnet which is wider and a 32 lb pull! Also, Cracked Polish has a collab with Sj3 Designs on their website in a bright green color and I believe it’s discounted in sales & affiliate codes and they have a free shipping threshold if you buy more of their items like nail polish etc. And Whatcha, By Vanessa Molina, Indie by Patty Lopes, Phoenix Indie Polish, which our featured on Polish Pick Up, Hella Handmade Creations, Little Box of Horrors, & Polished Gamers Box, all have 3D printed versions which are all slightly different. ILNP is planning to release their own 30 lb horseshoe magnet sometime later this month or January.

KBShimmer has my favorite magnetics so far! I have a 20 pound pull U mag but one of the polish products I used absolutely bubbled the paint up and off lol I am looking to try ILNP’s magnet next hoping the paint they used is polish friendly

KBShimmer makes my FAV spacey magnetic polish (Universal Appeal Multichrome Magnetic Flakie), but it doesn't look like it's available anymore 😭 I'm excited to try ILNP's magnet just to see how it stacks up against the other ones!

i love cirques' multichrome magnetics bc they velvetize super easily with the horseshoe magnet and on top of the effect of the magnetic shimmer waving in and out there's also the super shifty color. my fav is mobius bc the pigment goes from a bright teal to a purple and it's so mesmerising.

I've been super curious about cirques' magnetics, I'll have to try them soon!

Omg I got the sj3 and I’m happy I chose it based on your fun experiment!

100% the SJ3 was the MOST worth it for me! If you still want the horseshoe magnet, ILNP should be coming out with a cheaper one soooooon!

Thank yooou!! I’ve been wanting to get into magnetic polish but I’ve only really liked the velvet effect for them but like… who wants to continuously move the magnet around 😩 Did not know INLP was coming out with a horseshoe one, for sure would rather support them than Amazon 😂

the velvet effect is beautiful!! but I don't have the patience or the skill be able to wave a wand around to get it done 🥲 30# horseshoe for the win!!

i so appreciate you going through the work to test all of these! i have the 30 lb magnet and I love the effect it gives but I still struggle with my nails looking like the mani mag when they're all dry so I need to figure out whats going on there. nevertheless once I get enough free magnets ill have to try that hack I never thought of that! also I love that nail polish color! right now I really love cirques black swan and ilnp lily

I have a pacemaker. So I can’t use a horseshoe magnet because it’s to strong. I really hope the 3 free magnets will work for me

YES, safety above all else! do let us know if the 3 wand hack works out for you!
@mupi1764 сағат бұрын
I don’t think you would need more than one of the 30# magnet. Unlike a cateye effect, you don’t have to wait 30-60 seconds for the polish to dry some and the effect to “set”. I paint on the coat with my finger in the magnet and leave my finger in just long enough to put the brush back in the bottle. Never have had an issue with the effect lessening from not waiting the extra time for it to dry.

agreed, I would not get more than one 30#! what polishes have you used in the past that stayed? would love to try them out!

Awesome review! Tysm Does this work with gel polish too?

I'm binge watching your videos, just watched the unpopular opinion one, no need to answer my question 😅

LOLOLOLOLOL I don't use gel polish, but I would assume it's the same since it's basically the same magnetic pigment! I think it's just easier to work with the gel polish since you aren't fighting against it drying as you apply!
