Best part of the movie is that You can tell the truth fully, but you can't lie fully. So, there are opportunities to find out truth from the liars. Nice explanation. But at the end of the movie, none of the persons are present or alive, so it is all about guess story. How to talk about who is innocent even if the person admits and how can we know the whole life of any person. We can only trust ourselves and it is always better not to trust on person who provokes your fear, anger and greed. Alex and Unni promoting fear of Archna. So, one can't trust on both of them. Thanks for sharing such stories. These are providing a lot of lessons.

i thought alex and unni are in partnership, and the way they brought archana and broke her mentally was the usual way they bring the victim, and then do this play of mental game, like seasoning the flesh (which is pennywise's process)

I think the killer is unni. Because as you’ve said how unni told alex that the killer actually killed 6 people that’s one of the hints there which can have no other explanation. But alex’s suggestion to his girlfriend to not bring their phones along might be because he really wanted to spend some quality time with her (we can see how he gets annoyed when his girlfriend’s phone rings in the first few scenes). And regarding the cupboard filled with dresses might be a part of his surprise (because as he mentioned he wanted to give her a big surprise). And the part where I actually believe that the killer might be unni is in the very last scenes. He says he is the truth which both archana and alex were searching for. Which I believe was a reference to their previous conversations where unni said his true motive behind those 5 kills

i highly believe the theory regarding unni. From the beginning of the movie, especially immediately when unni stated that,"the killer may also have perform those killing out of curiosity" and when archana agreed that these killers should not be killed/imprisoned instead the mind conditions which lead to the killing should be studied. He already looked kinda psychotic and manipulative which was definitely confirmed when his whole personality turned from looking bold and strong to begging and also manipulating archana with half lies and half truth ,not lies only to not look suspicious . As he agreed, that he was an observant person and noticed that they are new in that relationship and might not fully trust eachother and took well advantage of it .
