BY FAR the best mantle jump tutorial out there, every other one hasnt been good enough for me to actually replicate it, within 5 minutes Ive done my first proper mantle jump and now Im working on the backwards jumps! Youre not only a movement god, but a movement tutorial and explanation god, up there with the other deity Mokey!!

TreeRee I am just a .6 frog but thanks for making this guide. I've been struggling to learn mantle jumps consistently for about 2 weeks now and have watch a lot of guides. I can easily say this one is the most comprehensive guides and covers a lot of things I've never seen anyone else talk about. Man, this is the best mantle jump video i have ever seen, i tried learning yesterday from another video, by jumping, grabbing edge, pressing s and look up and down + jump, got like 1 every 100,but with this, when you fast press W and then S, i hit it 10/10 times!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH MAN!

I'd seen other tutorials and this one was just so much easier and it actually made sense. I was always missing that you actually tap W once to start actual mantling and wasn't just a "hit crouch from the hang" or superglide mixed input. At its core it's just... tapping forward to start mantling, then stepping towards the zipline and looking up/down so you can get in range to super jump. 💡

im accidentally doing the directional mantle jumps while learning the standard mantle jumps and idk that it’s a variation of it. thanks for this tutorial! I found a new way to make my mantle jumps more consistent. this makes it easier than mantle + looking straight down + S + superjump

Tysm, this guide helped me get understand what was wrong with my take on the mantle jump, and get it almost consistantly (still working on it lol) I'll just add that I'm not comfortable with clicking w then s before scrolling the mw, so instead when i get in the mantle position, i keep pressing e, then alt (crouch) then scroll wheel and it works fine for me :)

Appreciate it man. It took me longer than I'd like to admit to actually learn how to mantle jump back when it first came out. One thing I didn't realize was that I was doing it too late (both pressing the S key and when to do the timing in general), so if you just cant get it, try to time it sooner or later than what you've been practicing. It also helps to record your practice sessions and play it back in slow mo or frame by frame to see exactly how off you are with your timing, then adjust accordingly, good luck all.
