I have an old school Temperpedic . The original! So it is 21 years old! I would definitely go with Saatva
@logancougs4 жыл бұрын
I'd take any of these. Especially the Winkbed.

Winkbed would be my pick out of this list. Great review.

This is awesome! Seniors have special needs like getting in and out of bed easily and safely plus bed rest for orthopedic concerns and chronic illnesses. Great review and these 6 recommended should be in nursing homes!

This is a great review for my parents. They're both a bit older now and their mattress needs have definitely changed
@jaguarlady14 жыл бұрын
definitely recommending these to my parents, Mom loves pillowtop mattresses so think she would love the winkbed line, step dad loves memory foam so leaf and loom line would work for him. thank you for these reviews!

The Dreamcloud might be our best bet out of these 6 with it being a hybrid with good support plus the gel to keep it cooler.

Awesome review. I so want to experience the Wink Luxury Firm mattress to replace my aged bed. Coil on coil, foam and support. Perfect combination

This would be great to share with my mom, she's had two hip replacements and has back issues. I think WinkBed would be ideal since she loves pillow top mattresses.

My mattress is 22 yrs old and I’m looking to upgrade because of pain. Thank you for another great review.

Great video. Really glad to see that WinkBed made the list... I'm leaning towards it for my Mother. Her mattress is at least 12 years old and has no support whatsoever.

I’m not a senior but i wouldn’t mind sleeping on the Winkbed soft version or Helix Sunset Luxe. I like beds that are customizable and have firmness options to choose from.

My hubby and I both fall into this lovely category. Both being side sleepers it sounds like one of the Helix models would be our best bet - the Sunlight, Moonlight or Midnight.

I have had my Tempurpedic for 20 years. Finally breaking down though. It is the best mattress I have ever had

The Dreamcloud hybrid looks super comfy :)

The Wink Bed seems so perfect and I love the choices they offer in firmness, but the the Helix also sounds like it would be perfect for us too.

Very interesting list! As I get older and older, my mattress preferences have indeed changed. I definitely want to have a mattress that allows me to sleep cool because eventually I will probably experience hot flashes. Hence, WinkBed and Awara sound great!

I have parents who are in their 70s who have an older bed and of course, aches & pains. I think it is about time for a phone call to them to see JUST how old their bed is....great video, thank you.

I have had my mattress for 9 years... it has been on it's way out for a year, time for a new one. Great review, my mother is likely going to need a new mattress, a couple of these could be a good option.

I have had my bed for about a year. I dont hate it, but I dont love it either. Its a bit dense for my liking. I would prefer something a bit more plush. Thanks for the reviews as always.

I just turned 40 so I have a little ways to go, but if I were to choose a mattress from this list for my mother who is in her 60s I would choose the Loom and Leaf and here’s why. It’s all foam which tends to sleep warmer and my mother is always cold. It offers great pressure relief which would be good for her because she has hip problems. The only thing that worries me about an all foam mattress though is that sinking feeling which would not be great for her. As for the giveaway question, I’ve had my mattress for about a month or so. It’s a cheap one until I can afford something better.

I was looking at the Helix. But am confused on choices. I see the Midnight looks good and said to feel soft but says firm. Seems as it would be easier to go with the Wink bed. Looks wonderful. I'd prefer a soft Winkbed.

saatva traditional innerspring mattress, wink great for combo sleepers, awara is firm for back and stomach sleepers, helix twilight good for side sleepers choice of 6 mattresses, dreamcloud great mobility for support, loom and leaf is all foam...I think the loom and leaf will be my choice.

The Helix Luxe and the Wink Bed look great to me. I’ve had my mattress approx 7 years and I am starting to have more hip and shoulder pain- so, I think it’s time to trade it in.

Ive had my mattress for about a year and a half and i hate it. I am shopping for a new mattress and learning as much as i can. I need a soft mattress as im a mostly side sleeper with painful hips but also sleep sometimes on my stomach and am having a hard time finding a mattress soft enough for my hips but also perfect for sleeping on my stomach??? This was a great line up of beds...as a soon to be senior, it was very helpful.

My mattress is over 10 years old... and it makes ME feel like I'm 90 years old. Winkbed sounds like a winner.
@gus1gus1124 жыл бұрын
Interesting issues for seniors. I'm guessing most older folks would not like the sensation of memory foam, as it feels like sinking and can be more difficult to move around and get up, so something more bouncy/springy would be better such as a traditional innerspring or latex or hybrid with latex.
