What about tempurpedics, serta, simmons beauty rest. Why are you only reviewing online mattresses like everyone else?

Avoid the Layla at all costs! We purchased a bit over a year ago and this bed does not hold up to use. Even worse, the customer service is terrible. We have had the bed on a standard platform base from IKEA and noticed that as time went by, the corners of the mattress started to get deformed and it looked like the foam was sliding off its substrate. The springs started bulging out of the long sides, and the short sides of the mattress began sloping inward. It all seemed cosmetic at first, but we noticed the bed just not supporting us the way it did out of the box. We took it off the base and placed it on the floor for about two weeks to see if a flat surface would help and it didn't. When we reached out to Layla for support, the response was sluggish at best and I had to nudge repeatedly for follow ups (like they would give me a window for response, and miss it by a few days). Eventually, I was told that the warranty was not going to cover the breakdown because our use didn't qualify as "regular use" and was told to read their warranty and service policy. I asked for clarity on what that meant because that term isn't defined in their documentation. Never got a response... Super disappointed. I was happy to write the mattress off as a lemon, but the follow up really was the tipping point so now I'm writing reviews/comments on a KZbin video!
