Sometimes the universe aligns and gives you a gift. Last night I equipped my ruthless build to advance my proficiency and forgot how much fun it was. Then earlier today I was out testing shields with it trying to make a raid build. Then I see this vid drop in my feed! 😄 just perfect!

This is a dope build, I never really used this gun, definitely gonna give a try (I watch some of the lab when you first started putting this together). You gave me a great idea with the Ninja PK, 1 piece Hotshot to counter the Black Fridays perfect unhinged. I love that LMG, hits like a truck.

Loving this build, I actually swapped Fox's Prayer out for Striker for the 2pc 15% weapon Handling. The reload speed is nuts, and the 30% + 15% (if additive) is the same exact handling you get with Braced. I tossed my Braced build out immediately after watching this. Thing is a laser

Looks interesting. Another thing you can do is use (Picaro's Holster) with the (flamethrower specialization). I could be wrong, but I believe the (Strikers Shield) provides weapon handling although not to the extent of Hotshot, and Picaros would provide the 15% weapon damage and 1 or 2 extra skill tiers (can't recall) for the shield. In addition to everything I said the shield is a damage amp and more damage for the Merciless is always welcome, including healing the shield on kill.

When I first got the NinjaBike back pack I made a similar build. However I only used 3 pieces of umbra (ninja makes it 4) and I used contractors gloves for the extra 10% weapon handling. Shoots absolutely straight. Completely agree the explosive is a giant turd they could have done a regulus explosion, I'd settle for the fireworks from oh, Carol.

I have a perfectly rolled Merciless in my stash, never touched it because back then it was impossible to make it work. Time to sweep the dust off of it and give it a shot (or two 😉)

This is actually a pretty fun build. If you hit your shots NPCs getting shredded pretty quickly. Incredible burst damage.

i think TUX have one build with 100% wep stability&accuracy. that build was for pestilence. i swapped pestilence to merciless and wow..I'm loving this rifle again.

I wish negotiators was reverted to it's original state. Was very fun to use with merciless the way you could stack bonus armor and explosive damage.

I thought the merciless was an explosive weapon? Sense you using the new backpack, wouldn't you use 3 piece umbra 1 piece grupo, 1 piece China light for 30% explosive DMG increase?

Couldn’t believe it at first but I made an awesome PVE build I thought you might wanna try. True Patriot Ninja Brazos with skill tier Picaros and glass cannon. TKB- Future Perfect and Scorpio. My TP has weapon handling cuz I just pulled them from another build without recalibrating. You could go crit dmg or skill dmg but I think crit would be better to make sure you’re getting the kills for FP in group play. Technician puts me at 4 skill tier with 5 blue cores and 2 reds. I beat out other players 3 missions in a row for dmg that were running all red ninja builds

i usually just stick to my D50 as a pistol with determined, but the TDI kard with the skill tier is a nice one if you need a boost to healing while in cover, or the Orbit if you want to integrate weapon swap for more crits. For secondary, I dont usually have a fav for this. Id probably run an assault for the damage to health on tech.

Probably countdown with targeted loot as backpack. Or open world backpacks as targeted loot. Of course weekly projects (3) for caches.

Also global event currency (red stars) and countdown requisition can be used on exotic caches if you need some variety or don't like the mission/zone that is target backpack.

Bro, I highly doubt you see this and doubt even more you’ll try it buuuuut. TRY ROLLING WEP HANDLING EVERY WHERE YOU HAVE CRIT. don’t knock it til you try it. I’ve been rocking this since umbra came out. It glitches the game sometimes and you’ll be procking 7’s so fast you’ll go stretches where every hit is 3mil or higher.

Ya seems like they never do full weapon revamps like destiny 2. Destiny 2 every so often do a full review and revamp on weapons and maybe sunset some .Division 2 neglects all this except of the nerf buttons,and quit at it.

I still find that the merciless recoil is still too high and the ninja backpack is simply not good enough to give up a precious talent from a brand set, gear set backpack or the memento :(

@@p0tent1alTHx I have not used THIS specific build but the build can not change the talent or attachments that come on the gun. Prior to the nerf this weapon was functional. I'm having a blast using ninja bike bag and it's opening up many builds that were not possible before. But does not change underwhelming exotic weapons such as merciless.
