That's a solid value. One source I found for palettes is old microwave plates. :) Great video.

Not a bad idea if you can find one large enough.

I use a glass cutting board bought it to cut up veggies but the glass made a loud sound when cutting up the veggies. So I put it to the side and then had a great idea I’ll use it for my paints it’s a little more heavier but it works. Do you have any videos yet on how to tone down the lighting so when you start painting there’s not a glare on your painting. I have florescent lighting no matter where I move in the room my painting glares I’ve even laid down the painting and it still gives off a glare. Love your videos.❤

2 Options: - Tilt your easel up or down to change the angle of reflection - OR You will have to invest in an art light that over powers your ceiling lighting. I would suggest something like a RING light... this way you have an awesome light to painting and to use for taking photos when all done.

Hmm glass eh, makes sense although I'm worried I'll drop it and mess up my carpet while avoiding glass shards 😆 I use those palette books, just tear and throw when done, those were so handy when I did classes and still have tons of them left over, cheers buddy 👍

This is more for staying in one spot in you art studio. If you do paint in the same spot in your home then consider this - It will pay for it self in no time when compared to buying multi palette books

Could I use this as a watercolor mixing pallet?

You could but the colors would run off fast if it wasn't level. Mosts WC palette are in dishes to contain the flow of water.
