Best Mods for the Ninja 400

I have dropped around 3 Grand on my Ninja 400. What a great bike

@@MotoXiety ooh let me see. 2021 Teal Ninja 400. Zero Gravity Corsa screen, Two caps that cover the ugly hole on either side of the bike, radiator guard, cool winglet that screws in under the nose of the bike, winglet mirrors, ASV Brake/Clutch levers shorties, R6 throttle conversion with R6 grips, Quad Lock, Tank center pad clear, side tank pads black, Barnett clutch upgrade, clutch tension spring, K&N air filter, R&G passenger pedal delete, SC Project slip on, Yoshimura tail tidy, Diablo Rosso 4 front and rear tires. (One size up on both, front 110-120/ rear 150-160) best choice ever one size up guys it’s not a liter bike. Half assed videos in my profile, will update soon. Graves swing arm spools, Shogun frame sliders, Metal Militia thumb pads, Kawasaki green rubber clutch pedal thing replacing stock black one. Antigravity lithium battery (10), Vortex pack with new chain and front/rear sprockets +1 tooth on both front and rear Sprocks, Norton fire velo stacks, Norton ECU flash, screen protectors on my cluster, angled air .. where you put air in your tire it’s not pointing up they are sideways don’t know what it’s called. I think that’s it for now about to purchase header exhaust from Akropovic and Vortex gas cap. Not bad, she smokes any 400/500 and gives bigger bikes a good run for their monies. Trying to learn wheelies right now, riding out of San Diego. I need to get me a camera. ✌️ ride safe everyone. Also have replaced rear Pirelli like Four times.. @Madstylee619 is my channel, I had a vision for it but got lazy.

Refreshing to see someone actually put the Ninja300 mirrors on their N400 instead of those tacky stealth mirrors that serve no purpose! I had a eBay special for a while but issues with it not fitting properly and leaking exhaust made me eventually switch over to buying a used Akropovic carbon exhaust which I have been very happy with. One bit of free mod that I don't see many N400 owner do that makes a huge difference is removing the locator bolt on the clipons and opening up the handlebars. Huge improvements in comfort and makes the bike easier to control.

I definitely prefer them to the stealth ones, way better line of sight and they feel less cheap

​@@MotoXiety I don't think it makes my bike feel cheap, it can look cool not every motorcycle can pull it off obviously. I am a fan of the stock mirrors, will definitely look into purchasing N300 mirrors I like the shortness of them.

its 150 tire ? or bigger, if bigger how much power u lost on it ? I mean speed and acceleration

That’s a stock 150 tire

@@K_NINJA1000 even if you go One size up you lose little to nothing, if you’ve changed your exhaust or added a high flow air filter you won’t notice anything.

I highly recommend not to install a integrated tail light, they are illegal for starters, your turn signal needs to be outside of your license plate. If you get into an accident because the the driver couldn't tell if you were turning, you will be found to be at fault for illegal equipment, it's a safety thing.

This turn signal is pretty bright and visible. There are some integrated ones that definitely are hidden and hard to see. I would say use best judgement and make sure to follow your states laws.
