My 1st 05 G35 coupe manual black on blk was in 09 put like $10000 into it My 2nd 2011 auto was a G37 coupe IPL in 2018 grey n red interior My 3rd was in 2021 another 05 G35 coupe auto silver on black And now in 2023 an 04 auto G35 coupe red on tan I have Deep love for these cars Glad to see you do to

Struggled with belt squeal on my 03 after having to replace it. All you have to do is tighten the tensioner little by little until it doesn’t squeak anymore. :)

@@vqbella_ could also be the pulley in the center, its an idler doesnt really do anything. 2 of my cars had that go bad

@@chevelle1967 It's the tensioner that's squealing. When I spray the conditioner on it, it stops making noise, but then goes right back to screaming lol

@@vqbella_ belt conditioner eats your belt away! I can’t even loosen my bolt to completely drop my belt I have to like crank the belt on 😂 but I got it on and kept playing w the tension until it stopped squeeling cold starts

Yes! I didn’t install any lights on the sunroof and the wires don’t interfere with it opening and closing. You just have to make sure the wires aren’t crazy loose and you’ll be fine 😇

I absolutely love your build but i would really recommend putting the stock intake back on. Stock these cars make 280hp and dynos have shown that intakes with no heat shields bring it down to the 260 range. I used to have that intake, it heat soaks terribly. When i put the stock back on, totally different car

These don’t make 280 dude. You got that off google didn’t you, 280 is the advertised hp which is CRANK HP, 280 CHP equals to 240 WHP wheel hp cars crank hp is the hp the engine itself makes, the hp has to get transferred through the drivetrain into the wheels that’s why it’s called WHEEL HP, bc after drivetrain loss you get a closer representation.

god damn thats a nice car. Major respect on getting more of a ducktail than a spoiler. I think those big spoilers are just too much. DOnt need them unless you're tracking it. The clear tails are a significant aesthetics upgrade as well. Super keen on the stock+ look. Not toooooo far out there that it obviously looks like something the police wanna pull over, but enough that its gonna turn heads. Well, mine at least.

@@melk333 you must have seen nothing but trash vqs! Super reliable and a very fun car that can make good power! At stock the car can dominate 60 - 70% of the cars on the street! I can give a hellcat a good run and they only start to pull away when they hit that 7th gear! To each there own🤷🏻‍♂️ no turbo either!

@@djantraxx86 Someone lied to you bud! The car can easily make 5 to 600 hp without a turbo! You’re pretty much stock with no tune at 320hp! Hell the car comes stock at around 275hp What you got an exhaust and intake only? You are missing an asshole of power if you have more mods than that! Also maybe you know, maybe you don’t but most hp mods to be effective requires a tune! Bet if you tune what you got you would be closer to 400. Need to find a good tuner which is gonna cost you around 600 bucks to have your car done but you shouldn’t do it until you have all the mods you are going to get installed on the car.

On my 05 g35 I had bad belt squeaking on cold starts. I replaced both tensioner/idler pulleys and then the squeak went away. At first I tried belt conditioner and tightening the belts but it quickly came back. So then I decided to replace the two pulleys.

I keep debating on whether I should get a Scion FR-S or a G35 Coupe. A G35 is around 10 grand, whereas an FR-S is 17 Grand before taxes. I used duplicolor fabric vinyl paint from autozone. Took me a day for the headliner and 3 days max for the entire interior 🙏🏼
