I don’t really have bad acne, I just have very oily skin. I am a 23 year old male, eat decently healthy, workout often. I shower and no joke as soon as I get out of the shower or 10 minutes after my skin is oily. Any product recommendations or anything that helps? I have zero skin routine mosty

I have seb derm and it’s flaring. I bought some salicylic acid serum and knocked over the bottle. Going through perimenopause isn’t helping. It’s giving me PTSD of the days I had to go on Accutane. I feel ugly af
