Thanks for your time and support, there's too many clips, can't fit in half an hour video 😀

The corporate mentality is probably more like "profitability is better than lawsuits" (even if the likelihood of lawsuits is minimal), regarding the preservation of a large & interesting mining machine for public display. So, the company management chooses to scrap a machine that the company's financial bureaucrats decide is "no longer cost effective to repair" (even if those who know better realize that the repair is probably cost effective, as with the Caterpillar 16 G grader shown in the video).

You should put down some of that rock on the roadways so you guys ain't slipping in the mud all the time.
@HeavyMiningEquipment12 күн бұрын
I know, but the roads are in excellent condition until it rains. And when it rains, mud is inevitable. The mine is huge, and it’s impossible to clean every inch of the road or spread rocks for better traction.
@Official-endoftheroad12 күн бұрын
@@HeavyMiningEquipmentNah they could dump those loads of rock on their way up the hill and you could come behind them and smooth it out while you're recording. I'm surprised the boss lets you record so much anyway
@HeavyMiningEquipment12 күн бұрын
@@Official-endoftheroad Yeah they allow me to record, but they don’t allow me to spread material on the road because it’s very rich ore. So I remove the mud with the grader as much as I can.
