At 5:35/11:53, the issue is failing to rig the load above its center of gravity. The center of gravity is higher up on the carbody and boom. Since the rigging was on the cat tracks it was below the center of gravity and therefore unstable leading to this predictable accident.

Why is the conveyor belt empty?
@HeavyMiningEquipment15 сағат бұрын
Because the material is still in the crusher at the new mine and hasn't yet reached the old mine since the conveyor belt is 3 kilometers long.

I used to do that after every shot, with the 980 or the 115. The floor had to be cleaned up and the shovel person (not much of an operator) wanted the toe of the shot pushed up to around 5 feet high. I peeled the floor with the grader when I did the haul roads and it looks like that dozer will be getting an undercarriage before too long. I was doing a dragline job, helping dig out an irrigation pond for a goffer course. The outfit had a 225 working off of dragline mats and got off the mats, sunk and a connection under the cab pulled apart and killed the 3208 in the hoe. The outfit finally got the swing loose and swung the hoe around and got a choker on the bucket. They had a D7 and a Euc dozer with an 8H with a ripper with a set of tracks about like those with no grousers. We hooked everything together and with letting the ripper down, we could move that hoe about an inch at a time in that mud as I lifted the ripper. The water line was up to the exhaust manifold on the 3208 and the starter shorted out the next day. Sure has been interesting.

When I was on a loader I'd just holler at a rock truck to bring a load of crusher run or oversize. They' dump or spread it around the bad place and I'd smooth it out with the loader and when I graded the haul roads I'd always peel the pit floor as well as the roads with the 120. All the trucks were happy with a smooth floor. Being on a truck too I also know why. Everybodys bock appreciates it. Thanks and smooth on!

I’m not a mining machine operator but this looks like a very good operator to my eye. Smooth, efficient operation, no wasted motions. Looks as though they are working pretty close to the edge, perhaps to close to safely put a larger excavator or face shovel to work? Doing what it takes to get the job done safely with the tools at hand.
@HeavyMiningEquipmentКүн бұрын
That's right pal, the ground was too soft for a large excavator and truck, so we used smaller machines until we reached solid rock and ore.

Hello, my heavy duty machinery KZbinr friend, I have an advice for you. I am telling you now. If you want to make your channel's followers and subscribers happy in your life, please consider making more long-term action films using excavator construction machines in the mine where you work. Then, I think you will have more followers. I think you should consider making action movies about heavy work machines in the mine when you have free time. If I were a big miner in Turkey, then I would shoot action movies about big heavy machines in the mine where I work.
