These moments are heaps of fun. The recent asphalt rally Mediterraneo is so difficult for me. Skinny roads, lethal rocks on the edge of the road and sharp awkward hairpins are challenging as hell. Great fun!

Is the whole Mexico rally that smooth? The road (the part driven on) looks like tarmac "painted" with a gravel veneer. Where are all the surface irregularities?

I’m really enjoying the gravel of this game. It’s supreme of all rally games so far. BUT the tarmac feeling is the opposite. So unsatisfied with the feeling. Like hovering. I’m using a simucube. Try the recent wrc:generation for comparison. That’s good feeling on tarmac.

How do you like the handling? It seems you can jump right and have fun. I was never much into the Dirt Rally physics especially on tarmac, but I loved the KT WRC's handling.

In that case I’m not sure you’ll like it. The handling is much closer to DiRT than KT Racing’s series

I'm on my 5th download of this game. Haven't even got to running it yet. Everytime I go to run it the EA app wants to download it again. Waiting for EA to get back to me but I've now waited a few days since reporting it.
