That is NOT the scene from "Stress Relief" that everyone loves and re-watches, being the legendary cold open. That's not even the best part of the CPR scene chosen, which is the ending of that scene. Also, the jello bits are the legendary scenes from the pilot. And finally, to correct your description, two dots isn't anything in English. You were looking for an ellipsis, which is three dots. Though there's no good reason for any punctuation there at all.
