Best Mountain Biking in Tucson, AZ - 50 Year Trails

The lower 50 Year intermediate trail is mostly packed, with short sections of soft sand. Most of the trail is fast and easy riding. It also offers nice views of the surrounding mountains. The Chute offers a series of very fun packed dirt chutes, rolling uphills, and a few optional small drops, but it is extremely fun and flowy.

(But it's time for an upgrade to something with more "Enduro" worthy geometry...)

(I use the Hero 4 mostly because of it's better microphone but which is unfortunately not water resistant. But, I think it's about time for an upgrade! I'm thinking the Hero 9, probably due by the Autumn of 2020 will be just the sizable upgrade I'm looking for)

Hono Hernandez I parked at the Golder parking lot which is at the eastern end of East Golder Ranch Road. I would suggest you get the Trailforks app...it works great for getting directions to the trailhead. I don’t think you need a permit, at least i don’t think i got one when i parked here. Enjoy!
