As a person who cuts hair I whis people would stop calling the shag haircut a mullet. A tire mullet is short on the top and sides and long in the back. Please stop calling this a mullet.

A mullet is very short on the sides and longer in the back. Some of these haircuts aren’t mullets but just long-layered shags. Most of these people need to go to a professional stylist and they’re using craft scissors that chewing their hair off. 😳

OK, children, I only saw three actual mullets in there. Since I was born in '75 and grew up when they were all the horrible rage I know what I'm talking about. There is a difference between Farrah Fawcett bangs, a shag and a mullet. I've had a shag haircut for most of my life since it's the only cut that looks decent on me. Those trying to look like Bonnie Tyler do not have a mullet. If you look like Billy Ray Cyrus in the '80s you have a mullet.
