yo imo half of these will actually make your experience worse. You shouldn't enable jumbo frames nor disable IPv4 Checksum Offload. You should always do your research before doing anything so make sure you know what you're changing is good for you specifically

Sorry you feel this way everyone has been reaching out to me on how much this has helped. Maybe it’s in issue with your pc. These settings are personalized for your isp and that why I go in detail what will work for your specific connection. Again the video is just meant to help people out. It took me down 10 ping and a lot of other. Just want to share that with everyone else. If this doesn’t help there is no other basic settings for your ether port you should change so your pc might be broken.
