Hello. You should check your facts. nasik is not a part of Khandesh region!

clear your facts 1) Nashik was, is and never will be the part of Khandesh region. Nashik comes under north region of Maharashtra and khandesh too, but culture and foods, language etc separates Nashik and Khandesh. 2) Nashik was famous for Misal. like 10 years ago you will get authentic misal. but this days everyone made it more commercial and added their own touch that the authentic dish is lost. so, who ever wants to try Nashik misal, don't waste your time and money. you might get disappoint.

I have been to Ambika & I think this place is hyped , may be previous generation people might be giving great misal, but not this generation, I felt it was all black masala hot water with no specific taste, its a bit flat, and papad gets soggy in few minutes.

Next time try kadhi Bhel, kadhi samosa. Shree krishna all types of chaat & tawa pulao which is in front of bhosla militry clg. Curry leaves hara bhara kabab, katori papad, panner dishesh. Sandwish place in front of ryk clg I don't remember the name of the shop but samosa chat is hit.
