Nasi Lemak is Malaysia's national dish. You can find it in almost every street corner, night market (pasar malam), food centre, or hawker centre.
You can get cheap versions for RM1.20 right up to bougee RM250.
Most are absolutely delectable but a few shine.
The highlight of today's foodie adventure is to one of my favourite nasi lemak F&B in not just Kuala Lumpur (KL) but all of Malaysia.
Village Park Nasi Lemak is a hallmark of culinary perfection.
I've been frequenting this amazing outlet for more years than I care to admit. I've been eating here before it became insta-famous.
I introduced Village Park to mym a number of years back and it has also become her favourite nasi lemak in all the WORLD!

It is out of the KL downtown but you can easily (and cheaply) catch a grab and have yourself a nasi lemak which will be your new benchmark.
After breakfast, we headed back to our hotel and picked up some of my favourite Malaysian snacks. Curry Puff. We even ordered a variety which I have never had before.
When night falls, we all head to Pavilion Shopping Centre to have our final dinner in Malaysia. Bak Kut Teh is a family favourite and usually one we have for breakfast. However, I took the family to a place which I've been going to for years. It's damn expensive, but for convenience, location and variety, you can't go wrong!
Thank you all SO much for joining us on this amazing foodie adventure around Malaysia. Only a few more pods before I start a brand new travel series.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, I watch too much TV, eat and drink too much to be a productive member of society. I have an insatiable craving to taste, smell and enjoy everything life has in store for me.
I have been bitten by the wanderlust bug and find nothing more thrilling than packing my bag and jumping on a plane to any far flung destination.
