The tribute is nice!! There are also solo lofts for rent. They are luxury lofts that people have bought and now rent out. Check out 505 Union Ave. You can SOMETIMES find a Sterchi Loft for rent as well which is prime luxury.

High demand in the area has caused double digit increases year to year. That being said we’ve seen prices decrease by 5% over the last 6 months. Still very high

Parkgate Ln and Matthews Cove ln are both basically integrated in turkey creek! So it’s basically walking distance to everywhere!
