Outstanding video. Really skillful use of props, pouring over coffee, carrying and standing on paddleboard, tying your shoes and taking off running, petting the dog, etc. Excellent succinct drone shots and commentary. I do not believe you would have been able to do the video if your hands were tied behind your back lol!

Prices change to frequently to remain accurate :/ It also depends on what type of home/villa you are looking for. For the majority of these communities pricing today ranges from around $500k - $1.2 million.
