Nice. For the Mac mini (hopefully the M4 pro version) stress test, please give details as to 1. The sample rate used when testing, and buffer size. 2. Please use CPU heavy plugins. Serum, Nexus 4, Massive, Kontakt, etc. Fx Izotope, Slate, Softube tape/Ikmultimedia tape, Xvoxpro, etc etc. Mostly 3rd party and not stock plugins, as that's how most of us use daws. Also mention oversampling where possible. We want to see how this would handle a 50 - 60 track project with 3rd party plugins, synths, busses, and a master chain all at once.

I’m working on a full comparison video. The short version is Get Apollo if you value the UAD plugins and console app convenience. Get MT48 if you want the best A/D converters. MT48 has a significantly uglier & slower user interface experience. MT48 also offers only 1 basic EQ, Compressor, and Reverb for your headphone mix instead of hundreds of legendary sounding plugins. They’re not high quality eq compression or reverb FX you’d actually want to use in your mix, but it’s acceptable enough for headphone mix during tracking. MT48 technically sounds better conversion-wise in my experience. 👍

Amazing video, but please, don't take it as a hate speech, I really don't like the puppet concept, I would love to see your face and your identity overall I have to add the following, I was doing a deep research in Macbooks with M3/4 Max Chips, to find out why the macOS competition is so hyped. What I found out is that the M4 Max is NOT the best option for the bucks in terms of power, yes it is in terms of battery and power consumption, but the money you pay to apple (as usual) is way too much compared what AMD for example have to offer. Just go for a Desktop computer in your studio, You won't leave that cave with your monitors and interface on the go... get a decent windows laptop for half the price so you can do your minimal work when you are moving..

I'm still learning sound designing and master and mixing. I still can't understand some Ableton Live functions or some settings that very useful.
