Sizing update: 0.5 up is more comfortable overall, the extra room in the toebox makes them fit fine there, and by tightening the laces a little more you can get a decent fit over the rest of the shoe too. So that's my recommendation, particularly if your feet are on the wider side. If they're narrow though you might be OK with TTS

about to pull the trigger on a pair. great review. recommendation of half size up would be same as ultraboost, sizing correct? i prefer more room than a snug fit as well.

Brilliant review! I agree with you about the similar aesthetic and thats one of the things I like most about the shoe. I got the yellow pair yesterday from the store in New York and I already loved them, but watching your review genuinely made me appreciate them even more. These are my favorite shoes ever!! but when I was out to buy them in size 45.3 it fitted perfect around the toe area but it was actually too wide for me in the ankle area.... They didn't have size 44 2/3 - do you think size 44 2/3 would fix the problem for me ... :(

Absolutely love these shoes. They're also coming out in white leather, yellow leather and red suede this season. Also the Kaiwa Knit is releasing next season which is a knitted upper with removable lacing on the same sole

Oooh white version could be cool for some lunarcore fits. Not sure if the knitted version will look as nice as the leather but I'll definitely keep an eye out

This Is Antwon the knitted ones are more substantial than something like a Balenciaga sock shoe. I quite like how minimal the upper is without lacing. You can see them on the runway show. Love your videos btw! Always super in depth and entertaining. You’re one of my favourite youtubers

I would definitely say they fit TTS, and my foot isn't really narrow. Also, I'm kinda not feeling the material for the large parts on the sides. They're going to be the first thing that starts to stain and get torn up. Other than that I like them a lot and they were worth the $400 in my opinion.

Y-3 honestly has no idea how to size things. I had a pair of green knitted qasas that fit me at my true size 11.5 and my current pair of the leather premium qasas fits 10.5. As for the rest I’ve tried on the pureboosts and they fit 11.5 and bashyos were tight at 11.5. I’m not sure anyone understands it.
