BEST NIKE ISPA?? Nike ISPA FLOW 2020 REVIEW & ON FOOT

The last few months Nike has given us plenty of new ISPA sneakers, all very different in design and stay true to the Nike ISPA ethos innovate, scavenge, protect & adapt. I’ve reviewed the last ISPA sneakers namely the Overreacts which were amazing for comfortability and boast a lot of Nikes recycled elements too.
The ISPA Flow 2020 is the pair I have today to review, equally as experimental and different in design. Inspired by athletes who alter their shoes to make them as light as possible, cutting out anything that is unnecessary to the performance of the shoe itself. This inspiration is very clear with the sheer number of wholes in this shoe. Its light, comfortable and pretty good looking in my opinion.

I have a medium to wide foot so I went up a 1/2 size. I'm normally an 11. I saw you mentioned going up a 1/2 size. Hope I made the right call In your opinion do you think I'll be alright? Thanks

after owning most of the ISPA the only pair I've kept is the black sandals. I find myself making them work with so many outfits, always getting compliments on them

9:24 Hi Elliot, you mean the aesthetics "holes" at the bottom are literal holes that passes through to your socks? If you're walking on a wet floor, isn't dirty water gonna seep in from under?

Theses are still retailing at £164 here in the UK (different colour) i think its a bit bad as you couldn't wear that in winter. I like the style but i think ill wait for a sale.
