I use the nytro imax 9 ft feeder rod for all my close work , absolutely awesome throughout, doesn’t feel like under £50 Rod . Very good quality in fact I bought another one for a bomb rod, or pellet feeder .

after watching your vid i was looking at the freespirit weeks ago so i went and bought the ctx 9 foot feeder and carp waggler i must say they are the best quality looking rods i have handled and ives used rods for shore fishing from zziplex century torrix etc the quality on theses for the money are amazing

I bought a pair of the 10ft korum phase1 feeder rods when u had them on offer for £19.99. Went for 10ft as a bit of an all rounder and I love em! They perform perfectly and handled everything thrown at them. Can't knock the cheapy stuff when Ur tighter than a ducks plughole like me 😬

Drennan Acolyte 9ft plus feeder gets my vote. Best budget rods atm are the Nytro Aryzon range. Lots of quality for little money.

I've landed a few thousand fish on the Maver Reality 9ft feeder rod. Everything from a Few ounce Roach up to 18lb carp. Can't recommend it enough.

I’ve had the Nytro Impax and now have the Supera x, both 9ft. I’ve used them with the same set up on the same venue and for fish up to 6lb there is very little performance difference, bigger fish the Supera is better (Nytro still good) but it should be as it costs over 5x as much!

If you fish rivers, 9ft is far too short. Most rods are tyere to catch anglers, not fish
