The screen protector was great. I applied it right after taking the switch out of the box, so I could skip the cleaning step as there was nothing on the screen. No bubbles at all, went easily. The yellow tray fits a bit tight though.

The installation frame? No, it's just plastic and isn't abrasive.

it's just a plastic film that holds the glass in place in case it breaks, it's part of the screen and not removable so you do need a tempered glass one.

What does the guide sticker do?

The yellow plastic piece helps you center it perfectly on the screen and the stickers all help get off the dust before hand.
