You should expand your noodles to more than ramen and pho. There are a ton of delicious Asian noodles from Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, etc....

You should try Malaysian Curry Laksa Noodles and the Char Kueh Teow(wok stir fried) at Secret Recipe in Plano. Soooooo good.
