I recently tried Alpha Brain, and it was amazing for enhancing my cognitive abilities-it delivered on all my expectations! I was energized, thinking clearly, focused, motivated etc. It was really amazing for me! However, I experienced a side effect where my left eye started twitching. Once I stopped taking it, the twitching stopped as well. I then tried Qualia, but unfortunately, I didn't find it to be as effective or beneficial for me. Could anyone recommend another supplement similar to Alpha Brain? I'm looking for something that provides similar cognitive benefits without causing any unwanted side effects. Thank you in advance for your suggestions!
@somaanalytics3 ай бұрын
Are you sure the eye twitching was a result of taking Alpha Brain and you hadn't increased workload or caused extra tiredness? If you think it is Alpha Brain then there is likely one ingredient that could be causing it so it could be worth spending some time supplementing with individual ingredients to find out what it is, then choose a nootropic supplement that does not contain that ingredient.

No, they are prescribed drugs. These are natural supplements using adaptogens, superfoods and other natural ingredients.

Darn. I just picked up some Kaged (with a Hunter Focus a close second) after watching previous videos. So far Kaged has been good. I’ve used Mindlab Pro in the past with very little positive impact felt. Great video and I’ll have to consider some of the others which landed in your top 5.
@somaanalytics7 ай бұрын
Don't worry - you cannot go wrong with Kaged Mindset and if we had gone for a top 6 it probably would have sneaked in. The main reason we didn't go for it was due to it being in a powder format - although many people love it like that. This was so hard to get down to a top 5. Let us know how you get on with Kaged Mindset in the longer run. Did you go for the caffeine or none caffeine version?

For me, personally, it's all about a combination of Noopept, the 'Mr Happy' stack, Rhodiola rosea and L-Theanine-super! And on the days I'm not doing that, it's a combination of Lion's Mane, Reishi and Bacopa Monnieri as 'Synapsa'.

I can't argue with those

Mind lab pro caused the blood vessels in my wife's eyes (the white part) to rupture. It turned the whites dark red in color. If this happens in the brain, it could be fatal.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover your top choice, and I 100% agree that MindVitality Focus is absolutely tops. I've been taking it for more than four months now, and it's absolutely amazing. In addition to all of the heavy-hitting nootropics, I also very much appreciate all the Ayervedic and Chinese herbs that they include, such as ashwagandha, bacopa monnieri, huperzia serrata, lion's mane, mucuna, and rhodiola. Very few of the other multi-nootropic supplements include any of them, and it would be both expensive and logistically challenging to source and dose them separately. The fact that MindVitality Focus includes all of those in proper dosages should be a very clear indicator to the inexperienced that MindVitality is crafting a broad spectrum and balanced supplement. Personally, I do add a few other ingredients to my own stack on order to meet my individual needs, but MindVitality Focus is by far the single best multi-nootropic product available.
@somaanalytics7 ай бұрын
Totally agree and glad you agreed with our top choice. The sheer variety of what is included and the optimum doses of both meant it had to come out top for us. Out of interest, what other ingredients are you adding to your stack?
@serosen-yx1ci7 ай бұрын
@@somaanalytics On the daily, I also take Wholesome Wellness Men as a broad-spectrum fermented multivitamin, Veggie Doctor QWell Omega 3 (dha, dpa, and epa), l-theanine, and a bit of citicoline. With this stack, there is some overlap with the B-vitamins and choline/citicoline, but it's working very well for me overall.
