Nightbird wrote and sang this song on AGT and couldn't finish because of her cancer. She had the most beautiful voice and attitude regarding her cancer. It's when she said "You can't wait until life isn't hard anymore to decide to be happy". What a beautiful angel she is. Love always. Ontario, Canada

Simon actually stayed in touch with Nightbird after audition and they became really close friends in her late life so this really hit him.

In the beginning he appeared stoic and said he wasn't gonna cry as was the case with Sam Cowen. The kids got him & he couldn't hold tears...

Thank you for your informative reaction. The delivery by MYC was very polished and emotional. For you to give us the R&D nuggets behind this beautiful delivery makes me elevate the respect I have for the hard work and effort musicians have to put into their craft.

I too grew up listening to Ladysmith Black Mambazo. I discovered this choir a few years back when they sang with Samthing Soweto on his "Danko Medley". They are fantastic! They also have a great song with Yemi Alade!

I appreciate your breakdown. I too listened to and love LadySmith Black Mambazzo. Don't be so overly careful in expressing your opinion. Your knowledge and respect could never give offence. Thanks for this.

You are a music scholar and I appreciate it. I hope you are already a music teacher. If not then you should consider it 'cause I acquired a wealth of knowledge from you with just this short clip. I appreciate it. By the way, you tried not to wear your heart on your sleeve but its revelation forced itself to be apparent.

I appreciate your reaction. Your analysis of the choir itself, plus the way participating in one makes you FEEL, was wonderful. Thank you for that. Your reaction to why they chose the song, Simon's reaction to their tribute to Jane, and the audience giving the choir the golden buzzer, was priceless. You're quite a man.
