In 2015 I really started watching Jaclyn. I had been subscribed for a while and I can honestly say I was on the "hating bandwagon". I literally subscribed because her talent and knowledge is undeniable but I still had that "ugh she's fake" mentality. But this year I really really started watching her videos and followed her on IG and snapchat and realized how dumb I was! Jaclyn is the realist most genuine person I've ever seen on KZbin. She has an "in your face" personality which can be off setting to some people at first (me! 👎) but she's just excited and doing what she loves to do. You can really tell how great full she is for her success and she's truly connected to her subscribers.... So yeah I learned in 2015 that Jaclyn is on fleet as much as her highlight.... Yaaaaaaas 👏🏼

Jaclyn! I just started working as a new Social Worker at a new school...don't know anyone...was feeling super lonely. I watch so many beauty youtubers and I love all of you but for some reason when I watch your videos I am so entertained and engaged through the whole video. If it were someone else I get a little bored but you can literally see your love and passion for makeup whenever you talk about it and you also make me want to go out and buy everything you talk about! Just wanted you to know that I appreciate that you include a great mix of high and low end products. For those of us who can/do splurge on high end products, it's frustrating NOT being able to find anyone who talks about them because they're expensive. I'd like to know of it's worth it first before buying and personally, I find these mentions incredibly valuable! I can buy cheap drugstore products and try them for myself without worrying about the cost but I'd rather not spend hundreds on something I'm not sure even works. Anyway, THANK YOU JACLYN! 💖

Awesome comment!!!! This year, I purchased a lot of ColourPop, Makeup Geek, Sleek, Makeup Revolution, NYX, & LA Girl products in addition to regular drugstore makeup. I feel like there are so many awesome, affordable brands that compare to high end products, inside & outside the drugstore. I will occasionally purchase high end, so I always look to Jaclyn's reviews for the best of the best. That way when I do splurge I'm not wasting my money. Honestly, though, if I was never able to purchase high end again, I would be content because there are so many affordable options out there! ;)
