Chiming in from Perth (Sorrento area) and agree with Anthony's comments below. Some 20yrs ago lived and worked in Broome for 3yrs in a Company provided nice Hse at Cable Beach a short walk to the beach. It took 3yrs to cover the Kimberley's & up to Darwin visiting all the epic tourist spots (including the Gibb) as the area is huge and you just can't do it properly wizzing thru. There is a lot to see and experience in and around the Broome region with many camping trips. Living in Broome is pretty special (except for the wet season) but it is now so popular that it gets overloaded in peak season. I must admit coming back to Perth after being away from it for 10yrs i forgot how awesome life is living in your own home (with a pool) close to the beach. We have a caravan & 4wd and do lots of trips up to Lano & Kalbarri and down to Dunsborough (Dunno) our favorite haunts (going to Dunno in a weeks time) and heading up to Broome next May for trip to revisit the Kimberley's. Been watching your vids for a while now and like the way you two vlogg. Remember when you were truck driving down south - that was epic

Hey guys & thanks for watching & leaving a message! That would've been awesome living up there. As you know it is very overwhelming with the amount of things to see and do & it's just not possible in 1 season!! We love Perth too & really enjoyed the SW area in particular Margaret River. Appreciate the kind words & love looking back on our time down south working 😁

A really happy episode for me, couldn’t stop smiling the whole way through seeing you reach the Kimberley. How incredible are those Broome tides. One of my fun things to do is stand at the top of Cable beach and watch all the 4x4s head down for sunset and then the traffic jams trying to get back after it’s set 😂😂😂. So glad you enjoyed it, bummer that I just missed you. Maybe next year ☺️. Can’t wait for the Gibb episodes. Love love the Kimberley ❤️💙❤️💙

Can understand that completely! I agree a lot of the popular spots do get a lot more exposure than they otherwise would've, but its all new for us so we just enjoy it for what it is now & have no idea what it used to be like !! Thanks for the kind words 🙏

Great E/P we are wondering if you guys could help us, we are heading up to WA from Adelaide in May and have 5 months to see WA up coast to Gibb and down the middle back to Adelaide similar to what you guys are doing. But as we only have a time frame to do it and do not want to miss too much. We know we have to book some spots but are struggling to plan our dates . Can you advise us on where we should book and not book and if you guys have missed anything we should do .
@our.australia.trip. Жыл бұрын
Thanks Louise! Our fav spots in WA would be Esperance, Kalbarri, Shark Bay, Ningaloo & Karijini. We would book sites in advance for Esperance & Ningaloo as it does book out 6 months in advance

one thing we missed was the Horizontal Falls trip from Broome and will definitely not be missing that next year
