Best of Bubba Gump Shrimp Company Restaurant Manila. The Bubba Gump Shrimp Company Restaurant and Market is a seafood restaurant chain inspired by the 1994 Academy Award winning film Forrest Gump and operates more than forty branches around the globe. Majority are in the United States, but internationally they have branches in London, Hong Kong, Mexico, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, and the Philippines. The company is based in Houston, Texas, and has been a division of Landry's Restaurants since 2010. The local franchise is owned by entrepreneurial brothers Kevin and Edward Co.
An American classic seafood restaurant built as if it was on a wooden pier. There is so much good in the menu its hard to get started so lets take a trip to their bar. For refreshments aside from smoothies, coolers and shakes, their experienced bartenders make awesome frozen margaritas, make sure to ask for 1800 Tequila which is made from 100% Agave. They also have Cornaritas which are margaritas topped off with Corona beer.
From their menu we suggest you whet your appetite with the best popcorn shrimp, Lt. Dan’s Cajun Canapes, Shrimp Cocktail. Their clam chowder is thick, creamy and delicious and best paired with Tossed Caesar Salad or if you are willing to splurge their Lobster Louie Salad. From their specials, you can’t go wrong with Shrimper’s Heaven and Mama Blue’s Southern Charmed Shrimp, Shrimper’s Net Catch, Kentucky Bourbon Shrimp and Lt. Dan’s Drunken Shrimp. We also highly recommend Mama’s Southern Fried Chicken, Bubba’s Baked Seafood Rice, Seafood Jambalaya, Steamed Mussels and Clams and Shrimp Boy. Make sure to leave room for one of our favorite desserts in town their Alabama Mud Pie which has layers of vanilla and chocolate ice cream which chunks of snickers and topped off with caramel, chocolate syrup and crunchy peanuts.

I have been there. What a great place and the food is great. If you want great seafood, try Harbor View Restaurant near Rizal Park. Try the Spicy shrimp.
