I Adore Mojave Ghost😍 I smelled it the first time at work. There was this aura of a wonderful smell in the hotel lobby that captivated me🥰 A tingeling love at first sniff! There are a lot of nice perfumes but that doesnt happen everyday (the discontinued or reformulated version of Miss Dior Cherie with the popcorn note in it was another🥰) so i just had to know what it was. After some detective work i found out it was Mojave Ghost. Its so far the most expensive perfume ive bought but i figured it was worth it.. and the scent really is worth it but sadly not the longevity.. it disappears so fast :( Makes me feel a little ghosted so to speak.. 🙄 But i still Love the scent so much i might buy another one anyway when this one is empty. If i cant find an Exact dupe🙈

Smelled gypsy water yesterday and it immediately spoke to me. I’m really debating getting a bottle for the summer. Your description of a lemon meringue pie is spot on. On me the sweet notes of the vanilla mixed with the lemon really come out and I love it! Gypsy water is what I wanted from Lira by Xerjoff tbh, but that one is to eatible, this one has the right amount of freshness from the lemon and bergamot and sweetness from the vanilla in the base.

I'd like to try Bal d'Afrique, Mojave Ghost, De Los Santos, Blanche and Reine de Nuit. I admit it is mainly because of the name of the fragrances. Those names sound so appealing, exotic and I am intrigued. I also do like the bottle design. It's so simple and loos very cute. I think sometimes it's not necessary for a fragrance to last 12 hours. Also if they wanted to created longer lasting fragrances, I can imagine they would have to have added other ingredients that would probably change the scent profile? I think their Night Veils collection perfumes last longer. At least according to the notes, that what it looks like to me.

Indeed! I got “Lira” from Xerjoff and it’s ok. Not the same projection but it stays for 7 hours more or less in my clothes/hair. I’m gonna do the same with Byredo 🙂

Blanche is so interesting to me. When i first smelled it, all i got as soap. but i found myself constantly smelling my wrist throughout the day and i ended up just loving it. i dont have anything that smells like it. It just is very much in a league of it's own.

It’s interesting that you found Bal D’Afrique masculine. I have it and it’s the sweetest fragrance I own. I probably wouldn’t buy it again because I find it very one dimensional and it almost smells like cotton Candy, just too sweet. Most Byredo fragrances are one dimensional to me, much better as candles.

Interesting Gypsy Water is so lemony to you! On me it almost leans too smokey but also creamy and I don’t get the citrus as much. I love it though I always want to sniff myself when I wear it. Reminds me of being in the woods :)

Love Mojave ghost, Blanche and Casablanca Lily. I love La Tulipe as a hair mist. As a perfume it's too sweet, but I love when my hair smells sweet, as if I just put in a hair mask, so it's a really good scent for that.
