If anything the remake improves on most flaws in the original game (Save only when you get a gem/bonus level, have to break all boxes without dying for the gem, etc.) The game isn't perfect but it's a remake of three games that also weren't perfect, but very challenging and fun. Nothing in the game is glitched or bugged either, the hitboxes are different because the newer model is different from the original model in the feet area.

The hitboxes are not bugged they were changed from a square to a shape that fits the feet and that's why the hitboxes feel off. Saying this game is unfinished is basically saying the original games are unfinished as well. Just because the game is too difficult for you, doesn't automatically make it a broken, unfinished game. The company didn't say it's perfect either, they literally stated it is harder because of the hitbox change. Research before you make assumptions.
