I can testify I wasn’t indoctrinated since birth lol I’m 27, and Jesus found me last year. Before that, I was non binary, pansexual, and pagan. And I did have a whole list of sins. But thankfully we have such a just, kind and loving God to give us another way of life. Not every Christian grew up Christian, some of us are found by Jesus later in life.

I was an Atheist. Then I overdosed on heroin, and spent many centuries in hell being torn apart until I was tiny pieces, waking up and it happening again. Then I woke up in an ambulance screaming for it to stop, and later a doctor told me I had died for at least 5minutes. As soon as I got out of the hospital I went, and bought a Bible. I was so so wrong. Unfortunately most people won’t get a second chance

Annie, it is the Father who must draw an individual to His Son, John 6:44, and without this act by the Father, no man and no amount or quality of teaching and preaching can be a substitute for it! Moreover, his stated belief that he is going to heaven upon his death is contrary to what is found in Ecclesiastes 9, John 3:13, and Acts 2:29-34. In regard to these particular scripture verses, recall that David is referred to as a man after God’s own heart, 1Samuel 13:14, Acts 13:22, yet Acts 2:34 states that he has not gone into heaven! Even Christ did not go to heaven upon His death, it is only after He was raised from being dead that He ascended into heaven, Luke 16:14 and John 24:51, and is the only one to have done it thus far, John 3:13. It should be plain and simple to understand that going to heaven upon one’s death or upon Christ’s return, Revelation 2:26-28, is not the reward of salvation and of the saints.

No, the young man in the beginning makes some good points. Some of his points are: 1. The number of accurate manuscripts does not prove that the bible is true. It just proves you had a bunch of people who copied down information from an original source accurately. 2. Inferring meaning into the text today does not mean that is how the information was understood back then. For example Jesus never said he was the son of God, he said he was the son of man. Others said he was the son of God. The word trinity never appears in the bible, but somehow people think there is a triune God. 3. Historical facts around a story just implies that the story is narrated in that environment, with certain factual personalities, places and events. Certain parts of a story can be true other parts may be completely untrue. Oh and I do believe in Christ myself, and not because of arbitrary arguments made by this older guy, who clearly does not understand the scientific method, but because of the nature of the words that came out of Jesus' mouth as written. John 17:21 "that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me." If you think you understand that sentence, you don't. Read it again, and again and you will eventually see the truth in Christs teachings.

We know da Vinci through The Codex Leicester, We know of Christopher Columbus because he rpsorts his voyage, We know of Shakespeare, Aristotle, Alexander the Great, Newton and so many more historical figures through manuscripts and people "who copied down information from an original source accurately." This is how history works. 2. There are MANY verses that say Jesus is th Son of God including his mother and God himself. For him to say it specifically in that way is just being intellectually dishonest when he clearly infers he is God many times. One mention is Psalm 2:7. Trinity is mentioned in one or a combination of scriptures MANY times. 1 John 5:7, John 10:30, 2 Corinthians 3:17 are a few. 3. This doesnt change the foundation of Christianity. While you may see untrue parts, I see multiple POV's through the Gospels. The story of the birth, death and resurrection of Christ never changed. As for John 17:21, the scripture is about unity. The need for unity does not mean tolerating blatant sin or false teaching. In this specific context, His reference is to unity of purpose and intent. Jesus' actions, consistent with the words of God and the will of God, were proof that He was sent by God. The same is meant to be true of Christian believers that their actions and attitudes reflect a commitment to their Creator

Karen Fraser, Cliffe has stated his belief in going to heaven after his mortal life ends, but his belief is contrary to what is found in John 3:13, Acts 2:29-34, Ecclesiastes 9, Psalms 146:4, and Matthew 12:40. As you can see in Matthew 12: 39&40, the only sign of the Anointed One’s divinity given to those of the generation who lived during the Savior’s earthly ministry was that He would be in the heart of the earth for three days and three nights, that He would be buried in the earth as so many others are buried there after they die, which is another clear and unambiguous indication that no man ascends to heaven after death. How then does Cliffe speak Biblical truth when he clearly does not believe what the Bible says about what happens to the dead? Furthermore Mark 1 says that the gospel proclaimed and preached by Yeshua is the gospel of the Kingdom of God. What is the Biblical definition or explanation of what the Kingdom of God is? @@Flowergirl307 to be 100 percent honest I was medically in a bad situation I had an incredibly bad lung infection and the doctors kept telling me I was fine for 3 weeks and I went to a different doctor and I got antibiotics the first time and that didn't work and I got a second round with steroids and that still didn't work well enough so while I was mindlessly going to church with my wife who got me back in church I prayed for help from God and I asked my pastors wife about the Holy Spirit and I had to want God in my life so I prayed about it and then on a Wednesday I went to that service she talked to me then we went to the alter to pray when I got up I felt a tug trying to hold me back but I went anyways and I didn't expect anything to happen and I started praying with her and some church elders and to be honest I felt silly doing it but when she started raising my hands to worship God I began to speak in tongues I had absolutely no clue what was happening and I didn't really know about speaking in tongues and didn't really know anything about the trinity my whole life so I just kept praying and kept speaking in tongues and cried infront of poeple and I was always told that's not a man thing to do and I never cried anyways for nothing expect for the first time in years when we had our first miscarriage but after that I never did or infront of others and when I was done praying I just couldn't stop those tears of joy and I was completely healed I was no longer tired or hurting on my chest I couldn't sleep for weeks I got little sleep really but I felt so rested like I just woke up being a teenager after a great night rest and I didn't need anymore medicine. God saved my life when I called on the name of Jesus and I wanted him in my life I wanted to be for God and so I was blessed with the Holy Ghost and sense then I haven't turned back and I read and learn each day about God. How good I felt after he healed me I felt peace true love a better understanding and my infection was gone. I was gonna die from the infection it got real bad and I had an ear infection shortly after it was beginning to spread and I didn't really believe all that much until then. God saved my physical body and soul so now I want to do all I can for him. That's what truly got me, not anything but God and how he healed me.

Yea, Cliff having a great explanation of prayer. Really should be down to earth. I raise my voice, I cry, I beg and I ask for guidance. I have been on my knees, my whole body tensed and covered in goosebumps as I bow my head and can only assume the presence of God was before me as I spoke to Him. I falter and fail, I have many times and felt ashamed, but I know His love is unfathomable and as the Shepherd He will guide this lost sheep back to the flock. I remember as a kid I would do those cookie cutter prayers and that's what they were... Had I really been taught about having that intimate relationship younger I doubt I would have went through a decade or so of my life going against God. We need to teach our children that God, our Father, is the best way to confide. He will always be there. By His grace we are saved.
